Relaxing Honeymoon

Our honeymoon at the Zoetry was a great experience. We enjoyed the friendly staff, the tasty food and drinks, the awesome pools, and the amazing view of the yachts at the bay from our plunge pool on the ground level. I'd recommend the Zoetry for anyone wanting a relaxing stay on a beautiful bay with great service but you may want to look somewhere else if you are looking for a good beach and party atmosphere.

My Short Stay at Zoetry Marigot Bay

The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfy so I slept great, the toilet and bathroom were very neat. The pool area was amazing, the food and drinks were to die for 👌 everything i ate i enjoyed 😄 and the Customer Service, oh my, it was REMARKABLE! The bartenders, Chefs, Waiters, Supervisors everyone was so lovely and friendly. Will definitely be visiting again ☺️

A little slice of heaven at Zoëtry Marigot Bay

My stay at Zoëtry Marigot Bay honestly felt like a breath of fresh air, perfect getaway for the October month. From the moment we arrived, everything fell into place with calm, organised, and effortless. The views are beautiful, the whole place feels peaceful, and the team genuinely care about making your stay special.

Huge thank you to Neil, Gimel, Sean, and Shola, they were all so warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. And Kayla at The Cove was such a star, she made every meal feel personal and always had the kindest energy.

The food was incredible, full of flavour and beautifully plated, and I can't fail to mention the baked goods at Café Coco, they were dangerously good. Booking excursions was so easy, which made it stress free to explore the island of St Lucia and still come back to peace and quiet.

The suite was clean and amenites kept up with regulary. I didn’t get to try the spa this time, but everything else was just perfect. I left feeling rested, cared for, and so grateful for the experience. Definetly great value for money.

I’ll definitely be back.

While the resort is dated the staff and service made it an absolutely magical experience!

We were visiting the resort for a friends' milestone birthday and had the absolute best time. The location is a dream, beautiful lush views a beautiful oasis while the facilities themselves can use some TLC (our fridge didn't work the entire trip) what really stood out was the staff and service. It was some of the best I have ever experienced. People like Gimel ( Butler supreme), Hilda ( hostess extraordinare), Keanu ( the best waiter) and Jeanquan the entire food and beverage team- the oxtails, curry goat and jerk chicken was amazing, the housekeeping staff specifically Ukaria absolutely made our trip magical. These people deserve all the raises and we felt very loved by them. 10/10 mostly because of the staff.

Time well spent at Zoetry Marigot Bay. Great staff, ambiance and food and drinks.

I had a wonderful time. The staff were very professional and polite. I felt welcomed. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and will revisit myself. Bravo to Peter, Hilda, Brenda and the rest of the team. Keep it up.

Day pass review

I spent my birthday enjoying a day pass at Zoëtry, and it was a truly great experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was warm, welcoming, and made sure the day felt special.

A special thank you to Rashida and Hilda at 1421 for their excellent service and kind attention throughout the day. Also, a big shoutout to the friendly bartender at the pool who kept the good vibes flowing. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate—highly recommend!

Relaxing get away!

We had a wonderful time at the Zoetry Marigot Bay. It is very relaxing and beautiful spot. The suite is very comfortable with a beautiful view of the bay and the mountant. The staff here are amazing. they are very helpful, and friendly.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel !

The room itself was outdated with an unpleasant smell. The shower cosmetics were great and bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Food.
There was a lack of fresh produce such as avocados, coconuts and mangoes, etc. The coffee was awful and every meal - breakfast, lunch or dinner - required waiting at least 40minutes. The food selection was repetitive, after five days, it became boring.
The so-called Italian restaurant - the food was far from authentic - tiramisu was served as a hard cake and spaghetti lack of freshness and seasoning. The Hurricane restaurant even worse, with strong sewage smell that all gust was complaining about, plus the same long 40 minutes wait for food in that unpleasant environment.
It is no other restaurant (or shops) close by, so you do not have a choice - you have to eat in hotel.
Beach.
The beach was the most disappointing aspect of all. It was tiny - you could walk from one end to the other in under 3 minutes. It was dirty, with discarded cups, broken chairs, fruit waste, running chickens and constant interruptions from locals trying to sell fruits. They often left the peels and skins on the sand making unpleasant to walk. The area felt unsafe.
I booked this holiday specifically for the beach experience (and variety of restaurants) but I only to managed to stay there for one day.
Music - every day the same in the restaurants.
This is definately not a 5 star hotel!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zoëtry Marigot Bay St Lucia. The setting is stunning — the bay is magnificent, everything feels calm and serene…
The staff is unique. Always smiling, attentive, and genuinely kind — you instantly feel welcome and cared for, with countless thoughtful touches throughout your stay.
A special shout-out to Hilda, who pampered us from beginning to end ❤️! Her warmth, good humor, and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Amazing experience

A great quiet honeymoon

We stayed at Zoetry for our honeymoon in October 2025. The overall experience was good. This is a great place to go if you want to be hidden from society for a getaway. There are two beautiful pools, a spa with massage therapists, facials, sauna, steam room and a small spa pool. The pros of this resort is that the pools are beautiful, and that you are close to everything. The employees always ask how you are doing and greet you good morning or say hello. The employees are friendly. They have friendly banter with each other, which made it feel more like home. The food is delicious! The cons of this resort is that we were hidden away from everything else, which could be a pro if that is what you’re looking for. Additionally, the marina/fuel dock smells awfully of sewage and fish mixed with fuel. This makes eating at the Hurricane Hole slightly unpleasant. If you order room service, expect it to come an hour after you scheduled it to be delivered. There are lots of steps everywhere all around the resort. It is not that the employees are slow or lazy, but that the stairs make it slower to get to your room. I will say there is slower service at the restaurants than expected, but they take their time. As someone who struggles with digestive issues, I was highly impressed that everything I ate never hurt my stomach once. This was a plus! We genuinely enjoyed our honeymoon. Zoetry was a great quiet place. Thankfully their were excursions we could do with other companies, so we were able to have some fun while we were there as well!

Very Picturesque

Beautiful hotel , amazing employees. Every employee is so helpful and attentive to your needs .. most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in , loved my hand written notes from my house keeper.

Very disappointed.

We could not have been more disappointed with this Zoetry. Having experienced several other properties in this brand, the expectation was high. This felt more like a spring break party resort than a wellness spa. Pool was over run with day pass guests. No towels or chairs. available. The resort is set in a beautiful location, but it needs lots of maintenance. Sadly, we would not recommend this resort and certainly would not return.

A unique and unforgettable experience

This very unique resort nestled in beautiful Marigot Bay was the perfect getaway. The surrounding lush green hills and the calming waters of the bay combine to give a constant sense of relaxation and renewal.

Our beautifully appointed suite was perched atop the resort and provided a breathtaking view of the surroundings. No detail was spared to make us feel welcome, from the in-suite goodies, to the impeccable decor. Overall, it was an amazing value for our investment.

The resort itself was quiet and relaxing, with just the right amount of live entertainment to keep us engaged (St. Lucia has some talented singers). The restaurants provided a well balanced menu that provided a good sampling of local and international cuisine.

The main pool area features a swim up bar and restaurant featuring an extensive drink and snacks menu. The serving staff was amazing and spared no effort to make us feel special. A special thanks to Elsa, Lawrence, , Hilda, Sholar, Ronnie and many more for the constant attention, responsiveness and stellar service.

The staff was very helpful in answering all our queries and helping book our excursions. The experience was truly amazing and well worth the long trip from the west coast of Canada.

Definitely a relaxing resort (as long as uncontrolled kids aren't there)

Rasheda at breakfast was AMAZING!! ERWIN at sushi bar was great.
This resort is a little dated, but offers great food and service. The quiet pool needs some work but as long as there are no kids, the main pool is great. The main restaurant would be better if they actually enforced the dinner dress code; as much as we paid, having people in swim shorts/tshirts/slides really brings things down.

St Lucia Lodging

The property is well maintained and in a beautiful location but needs a bit of a renovation. The butler service they provide is awesome and compensates for some of the shortfalls. I would love to see them offer more activities on site since travel time to other sites is anywhere from 30 - 90 minutes. I could not leave a complete review without giving a shout out to our butler’s- Gimmel and Rochel. Awesome job by these guys!

Seek out a different resort!

Resort is poorly represented on sites. Needs updating considerably. Restaurant options are few, menus repetitive, entertainment lacking. Can not, in good conscience, recommend. My only positive is that the service staff was very nice, polite and accommodating within their means.

Very disappointed!

Traveling with friends, booked at the same time and were supposed to have rooms next to each other, but didn’t
After me complaining about ants in our room and two days later we were moved.
No AC in the bathroom
No elevators (walking is good)
Only 2 selections of places to eat and had the same menu daily.
There was little to none top shelf alcohol.
CATS everywhere included with sit down dinner.
Staff was helpful and good
Bed was comfortable.
The place needs a major overhaul. I was happy to leave.
