Paradise in St-Lucia- You have to stay there.

A Dream Getaway I Can’t Stop Thinking About!
The food was absolutely unforgettable — I’m still dreaming about it! The serenity and beauty of the property made the entire experience truly special. Since returning home, it’s all I’ve been thinking about. Without a doubt, this will be the only resort I stay at when I return to St. Lucia. I can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous resort can’t wait to go back

Such a fabulous resort. Small enough to get to know staff and other guests, big enough to have plenty going on. Spent five days here and loved every minute. Beautiful grounds and pools, great food and cocktails, fitness options, water sports and evening entertainment.

We were lucky enough to be there for carnival and the hotel provided a tent by the route with drinks and snacks all day.

Stolen Time do a great job of recruiting such lovely people with great friendliness and customer service.

Everyone was great but special mention to Dennis, Jamal and especially Nellie at the water sports for your patience with our waterskiing.

Alicia, Denzel, Nicky, Joe, Benita, Mikel and Darren in the activities team plus Miss Nice! All both professional and fun.

Ellie in hospitality and Gilbert on the piano. We also loved the lady in champagne bar who was a real fan of Gilbert but sorry can’t remember your name.

I would love to come back - next week!

Stolen Time stole my time and I'm not calling the police, I want them to do it again 😄💃🕺

If you're looking for a romantic escape with just you and your partner, I wholeheartedly recommend Stolen Time. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like time truly stood still. Unlike other places I’ve stayed, there was no pressure to rush out at checkout—everything moved at a beautifully relaxed pace.

At Stolen Time, they truly honor the value of each moment. It’s not just a name—it’s an experience. They didn’t just “steal” my time; they gifted me peace, joy, and a deep sense of contentment.

The level of service was exceptional across the board. Special shoutout to the phenomenal water sports team—Chad, Sherman, Nelly, Marvin, Jamal, and Dane—who made every activity a highlight. From Kiante at the concierge desk to Keesha in the boutique and every restaurant staff member in between, the hospitality was top-tier.

Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Best Hotel helped make the best holiday

One of the best hotels I've stayed at, great food, nice rooms, excellent staff , enjoyable activities and no pressure for anything!
I've seen a few negative reviews and all I can say is I disagree with all of them!

There are 3 options for food, 2 of which require a booking, but at least during our stay you could book at 5pm on the day. Dinner was a la carte in all 3, quality was excellent. I particularly enjoyed catch of the day. Breakfast and Lunch in the terrace was buffet, again plenty of choice. If, like me, you're not used to a big breakfast and so couldn't manage lunch the afternoon tea was a great alternative

The pools were lovely and the swim up bar was awesome miss "nice" is a great character and will look after you. It wasn't busy and no rush for sunbeds. The staff even do the rounds to bring you drinks!

Facilities were amazing, loads of activities from water skiing, scuba diving, windsurfing and paddle boarding to aqua fit, pickle ball, volleyball, archery and table tennis. The entertainment team were all fantastic and we got on so well with all of them.

We were there during the summer serve promotion with a professional tennis coach Tomas who came over from the US. He was brilliant, my daughter is now hooked and I thoroughly enjoyed picking up a racquet again.

It rained every day which is normal in July I understand but it was usually short lived. Even tipped it down during the carnival but still an amazing day was had!

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. You won't be disappointed. I hope to be back next year,

Look forward to going back….

Such nice boutique resort. Good food and drinks, the room was very comfortable. Loved the covered porch in case it rained…

Casey on the bar was very welcoming, not to mention Ellie in the Champagne bar. Sharma on the bar was so very nice as well. At the Terrace restaurant Deanna was very attentive with a smile.

Activity staff were very engaging and made the active experience fun.

Time stopped for a week!

The most AMAZING trip! This was our honeymoon, and our first time out of the country together. From the moment we arrived at StolenTime, we were pampered and relaxed to the fullest. The grounds were gorgeous and well-maintained, our favorite spots being the beach and the secret garden pool. The food was out of this world. We were nervous about our stomachs not being able to handle an all-inclusive, but the portions were perfect and we were always satisfied. The staff at the restaurants made sure we always had a full glass of water to stay hydrated! We made a point to try every activity on the property that interested us, but our favorites were Salsa Dancing with Bernitta and Caribbean Dance Fit with Darrhyn and Jo! We also did pilates, yoga, archery, wine 101, hobie sailing, tubing, aqua fit, and morning stretch. The spa treatments were also heavenly! StolenTime struck the balance of making sure we were always relaxed, but never bored.

Beach

Beautiful beach, food is no good same food everyday, they serve u in 3 different places but is basically the same, restaurant type is a joke first they offer u wines to buy, or steaks for 50$ then after u say no they have their menu.... weak wifi, no activity after dinner is nothing going on, Its very quite resort ,
Dirty towels fold in shower im attaching the pic
No one to welcome when u get there, they just handle a key and goodbye, management very rude especially the boss lady " suzana"
Resort is very old need a lot of updates.....takes u 3 min to open your room with a key
I wont return, we been in many islands and have a lot of experience but for the money u pay is not worth-it,
One more thing i need to say that lucias people work very hard, service was excellent.
we went for our anniversary and i emailed them prior of arrival, they set up a table a day latter.....very embarrassing, i didn't even want to sit at that table..... horrible experience
Spend your money somewhere else

This resort has everything you want for an adult Carribean vacation!

We just returned home from an amazing week-long stay at Stolen Time and cannot say enough good things about the resort! It had everything you could ask for if you are seeking a relaxing Caribbean getaway. There is plenty of space at the beach areas with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade if you want. The water was clean, clear and warm with just enough waves that you know you are at the beach, but not too much that you can't comfortably hang out in it. The food was fantastic and the service was top notch. In addition, there were a TON of activities every day if you wanted to do something such as archery, tennis, bike rides into town, etc. There was live entertainment every night by the terrace. The grounds of the resort were stunning, with all kinds of lush, tropical plants that were beautifully maintained. There are multiple pools and bars and a spa with every treatment or massage option you could imagine. If you are looking for a relaxing, fun adult vacation you cannot go wrong with Stolen Time. It has everything you would expect from one of the big-name resorts (i.e. Sandals, etc.) but it costs less, is less crowded and no foam parties!

Best resort experience

my husband and I spent 10 beautiful nights at stolentime resort!
The resort is very calm and quiet just perfect for rest and relaxation with a great mix of an abundance of activities such as sailing, paddleboarding, windsurfing, aqua fit, picklball, meditation, stretch class, dance classes, cooking demos, walking trip to the local market, bike riding to the town, sip and paint, volleyball and many many other activities.
While we were there, we met solo travelers, group Travelers, and couples. There was something there for everyone to explore on the manicured grounds dotted with hammocks and hidden lazy river.
The ocean is stunningly beautiful and refreshing. we kayak to a nearby island to explore.
We Thoroughly enjoyed the food. There was a good mix of healthy options with daily lunch options, including fish, chicken beef and also amazing desserts.
there were detox, juices, and breakfast, which allowed for a healthy start day.
The rooms were very large with a balcony, the rooms were almost double the size of a regular hotel room.
We also enjoyed the nightly champagne hour at the champagne bar which highlighted a champagne from France and sparkling wines from other countries.
We were blown away by the knowledge of Ellie who hosted most of the champagne hour. We also enjoyed background music on the piano by Gilbert. it made for a very elegant atmosphere.
The staff at the resort worked very hard and always had a time to have a conversation with the guest. They truly cared and wanted to ensure that you’re having the best possible vacation.
We met many staff the ones that made more of an impression on us were Ellie in the champagne bar, Sharma, Casey and Liz in the lobby bar. The entertainment staff, Alyssa Denzel, Darren Arnell Bonita Joe Nicky to name a few. Rosa in the main dining room, Sara in Thyme reataurant Chef Tia.
This is the perfect resort for any occasion or just rest and relaxation.

Stolen Time at The Rendezvous St. Lucia

Everything at this resort is absolutely fabulous,. The facilities, accommodation, food, cleanliness, location, and staff.

We stayed for ten days in August and loved every single minute of it and cannot fault one thing about it.

Having read some negative reviews (only a couple) before we booked, stating things like substandard food quality and noisy locals using the beach front, I can only say in response that during our stay the food was impeccable in every way, it was like fine dining every evening, with breakfast and lunch very well presented and so tasty, with a large choice on offer to cater for all tastes.

We stayed in a beachfront cottage, and also spoke to other guests who had a variety of accommodation from garden view, pool view and beachfront and all where very impressed with what they had.

All the staff we encountered were very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. One thing I would say is that I got the impression that the staff were trained very well, but only really engaged if the guests engaged with them, then they really open up.

If you can, go and stay there, you won't ever regret it!

My first solo journey.

It was my first solo trip, and I initially felt nervous. However, once I arrived, I felt instantly at home. The staff and the grounds exuded safety and comfort. The team was exceptionally professional and friendly, creating a big family atmosphere. I will undoubtedly return and share my wonderful experience with friends. A beautiful resort with excellent staff

We spent 10 days in StolenTime and had a thoroughly relaxing and pleasant holiday. Our beachfront room had lovely sea views in the morning and sunsets in the evening. The room was spacious, well kept and comfortable.

The grounds are perhaps the best feature of the resort. Lush, well tended tropical gardens are cleverly designed to screen different areas of the resort from others, producing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

We found all the staff unfailingly friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the nightly champagne tasting in the air conditioned and stylishly retro piano bar.

No expectations

Stolentime is a beautiful place with stunning nature and genuinely kind people, but you need to arrive without luxury expectations. This is not a high-end resort, and that’s perfectly fine if you know it beforehand. The real treasures here are the water activities, the excellent massage, and the charming little beachfront restaurant. The island excursion was unforgettable, and diving with Monique was a true highlight. Just keep in mind that the beaches are public, so on weekends you’ll share the turquoise ocean with horses, dogs, and local families openly washing themselves and their children. Security staff are around, but they’re locals too — their philosophy seems to be “we’ll step in if something actually happens.”

As for entertainment, the evening shows were hit or miss. A few were truly enjoyable, but others felt more like a test of patience — and for a resort that likes to present itself as stylish and upscale, some performances were simply tone-deaf. The so-called French restaurant is French in name only — with a Moroccan chef, it feels more like a theme experiment than actual French cuisine. The main restaurant? Think of a cafeteria with plenty of canned goods, where fresh cooking means… eggs. My biggest disappointment, however, was the room situation. Management decided, on their own, to “upgrade” me to a suite I hadn’t asked for, which cost me half a day of waiting with no lunch, no water, no alternatives — just wasted time. I had deliberately chosen a simple second-floor room, so this unsolicited gesture only created a rocky attitude from the manager for the rest of my stay. The rest of the staff tried their best and were polite, but the overall impression was spoiled. In the end, for what Stolentime charges, you can easily find other resorts on the island that deliver both charm and proper management — without the surprises.

Romantic Getaway

My husband and I had the best time at Stolen Time in St. Lucia. We came for our 10 year anniversary and the trip was everything we wanted and needed. We came home feeling closer to each other and RELAXED! The atmosphere was a relaxed "island time" vibe and the resort was beautiful in every way. The staff was exceptional and anything we needed was provided very quickly by the resort. The location is a bit rough to get to from the airport (1.5 hours on windy roads) so make sure you prepare for that beforehand. Our room was clean and everything we needed. We didn't spend much time there as we were out enjoying the beautiful island. I would 10/10 recommend Stolen Time and would return for another visit!

Return to Stolen Time: “Sometimes you wanna go, Where everybody knows your name, And they're always glad you came”

This was our second time to both St. Lucia and StolenTime. Our review reflects the when, the why, and the how my spouse and I travel. Both of us love to travel during very low season. For us, the benefits in this strategy are extraordinary. We were at Stolen Time from 26Aug2025 to 02Sep2025. Yes, late August has high heat, high humidity, and occasional intense rain, but it also has no crowds, greater interaction with the truly extraordinary Stolen Time staff, and the special possibility of doing something a bit extraordinary. Not-to-mention, the Costco travel deals particularly during this time are truly spectacular. Keep in mind that late August is particularly low season with few guests and generally a common time for resort staff taking their vacations but there is absolutely no waiting time for items at the resort’s breakfast griddle. Stolen Time is located within a 30 minute walk from Castries center, right on Vigie beach. George F. L. Charles Airport is just outside the resort gate to the southwest, but you would not know it since the one or two prop planes per day flying over the resort are not intrusive and only lend to the resort’s Fantasy Island like charm. More than once my spouse would sputter out the phrase “Da plane! Da plane!” upon the first sightings of an ascending propped aircraft. Choc Cemetery is parallel to the airport and just south of StolenTime. St. Lucian artist, and national cultural hero, Sir The Honourable Dunstan St. Omer, is buried at this cemetery. He designed the sharp and evocative national flag of Saint Lucia. Last year, we had traveled directly from Hewanorra International airport to StolenTime. This year, however, we decided to stay for six days in the Soufriere area, closer to the nature and then travel from Soufriere to Castries. The winding road journey can be done in far less than two hours, but as adventurers we decided to make an excursion of it with our hired driver Lionel and stopped every 20 minutes to visit an interesting shop or café or savor an unusual highlight along the road. We were warmly greeted at the Stolen Time reception area by Sheroib with cool towels and champagne and took a very short walk to our room. As we calmly strolled, we fondly greeted the great elderly Samaan tree that is at the heart of the resort and embraces all as well as the most unusual Cannonball tree with its mesmerizing flowers and round fruit growing along its trunk. The next morning just as we remembered the breakfast buffet was ample, diverse, and simply delicious. For breakfast, keep an eye out for the green figs and salt fish. The bakes are nice and fluffy and pair well with the cocoa tea. Our review last year last noted the extraordinary meals at Terrace, Thyme, and Malabar and this year’s review reinforces last year’s. You can’t go wrong with the catch of the day for either lunch or dinner. We chose the same type of room as last year, a beachfront room. On a clear day across the warm calm ocean you can easily see the blue-hued hilly profile of Martinique. Our return this year was guided by one fundamental objective- reconnecting with friends- both two-legged and four-legged from last year. We returned first of all to visit resort staff that we had come to know and stayed in contact throughout the year, such as Chef Kacy and wait staff Marguerita. We had very pleasant discussions with food and beverage manager Joseph and were surprised that he recognized us one year later. Although we didn’t take the brisk walk to the Vigie lighthouse with Miquel this year, he also remembered us as did Nixon from the terrace restaurant. My spouse and I have traveled throughout the Caribbean and have noted the stray cats and dogs frequently cross our paths. We now always travel with packaged dog and cat food to provide some relief and help out four-legged friends. We also returned to see how Stolen Time’s resort cats Bubbles, Midnight and Amber Mittens and the stray dog Penelope that lives right outside the resort gate in the staff parking area, were - all were doing well. Bubbles and soon after Midnight greeted us almost immediately. My spouse had treats for each. We soon found out that Amber Mitten in the past year had been adopted by a resort guest. One of the very noteworthy and admirable qualities about Stolen Time is that a considerable number of its staff cares for the strays that inevitably are abandoned, wander, and find sanctuary within its perimeter. Many resort guests form a bond with a four-legged friend during their stay and with the help of Sandra from the resort and the Bruno Project can diligently in a few days arrange the vet visits and paperwork needed for a wandering four-legged soul to become a new family member. We had met the stray dog Penelope last year on Vigie beach. My spouse and I have been working with the Bruno Project, based in Castries, to help her and other island stray dog’s welfare throughout the year. We had been in contact with the Bruno Project weeks before coming to Stolen Time and were prepared with packaged dog food for Penelope that afternoon when we first arrived. It was once again a pleasant surprise that resort security guard Albert remembered us. Just outside the guard gate in the staff area parking lot, we searched for Penelope. After calling her name a couple of times, she appeared from behind a couple of parked cars with tail wagging. To our surprise, there were two puppies in tow behind her. Penelope was spayed years before. We found that the new puppies had swollen stomach and after contacting the Bruno Project, discovered that they must have been left in the parking lot the previous evening since a local Bruno Project volunteer had fed Penelope earlier in week and had not noticed any other dogs. Penelope had become their adoptive aunt and was keeping an eye on the pups. It became our mission to feed the pups three times a day throughout our stay. We quickly ran out of our own supplies and thereafter walked the three minutes to the nearby Massy supermarket. Every morning security guards Albert and Vitoria greeted us as we brought pack provisions for Penelope and the pups. The little Massy supermarket is well stocked and a great place to also buy rum, spices, hot sauces, and cocoa sticks for cocoa tea at much lower prices than most anywhere. After the first couple of days, Penelope and the pups would come out of hiding at first call. During our stay, we also got to know all the stray cats as well as the kind Stolen Time staff that fed them. On our second evening at Stolen Time, we received an invite to a special dinner at Thyme restaurant held just for returning guests. At the special dinner, there were less than a dozen guests seated in a single rectangular table, perfectly arranged for a delightful three course special gourmet dinner that paired well with select wines served while conversing with other Stolen Time alumnae. Both my spouse and I reside in New England and had a very engaging conversation with a family trio from the UK. During most afternoons and early evenings, we were on the beach or in the warm ocean water in front of our room. Typically after a warm rain shower, a rainbow would appear floating above the resort. Sometime we would go to the cool air-conditioned gym for a mild workout. In the evenings, we would watch surreal painted sunsets as local children played in the water and young lovers walked hand-in-hand as summer slowly waned. Stolen Time is an adults only resort but St. Lucia’s beaches are for everyone, as they should be! Taking care of the local strays with the frequent visits to Massy became our vacation job. Fortunately, Stolen Time’s Spa in the Garden was there to soothe any sore muscle. The couple’s message was so relaxing that for the second year in a row, one of us snored right through the entire message session! Stolen Time has lots of scheduled activities for guests. The one we liked most was the basket weaving with talented wood sculptor Russell. Since we had been touring in the Soufriere area the previous week, we limited excursions. We went to Pointe Seraphine for shopping, great deals during low seasons, and then unexpectedly arranged for two somewhat odd excursions: once to the nearby Scotland's Veterinary Services Ltd and then to the National Diagnostic Facility in Union, Saint Lucia. Stolen Time was very helpful in providing driver Bill for both of these rather odd excursions, which were entirely due to a very emaciated and needy cat that we encountered near the gutter at the resort’s entrance gate. We named the cat LuLu (short for Lucia Lucia). Towards the end of our stay, we decided to adopt Lulu and bring her back to the States. At both the local vet and government facility, we found prompt, professional, and very courteous attention and service. Today, Lulu is thriving with us. We also found a number of staff that would help feed with Penelope and the pups until our return. Cheers to StolenTime and its wonderful staff! “Where everybody knows your name and are they’re always glad you came!”

Anniversary Stay at StolenTime

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience overall. The ocean and beachfront setting are absolutely beautiful, and our cottage was right on the beach with stunning views from the room. The resort itself is very peaceful and quiet, with not many guests during our stay, which made it feel extra relaxing. The ocean had no rocks or seaweed which made the swims enjoyable.

Dining was a mixed experience. The food at Malabar and Thyme restaurants was excellent and we really enjoyed those meals. However, The Terrace was disappointing. The buffet had limited options for breakfast and our dinner meal was mediocre. After one dinner there, we decided not to return for dinner again, though we did eat breakfast there daily since it was the only option in the mornings. We also booked the private dinner on the beach, which was a nice romantic setting—but honestly, the food itself was very similar to what was served at the restaurants, so it didn’t feel worth the extra cost. We really enjoyed the Champagne bar before/after dinner and liked how accommodating the staff was to serving us non-alcoholic champagne so we could still enjoy the experience.

The highlight of our trip was definitely the activities and the amazing staff who run them. A big shoutout to Denzil, Darrhin, Nikki, and Ernille—they went above and beyond to make sure we were having fun, from countless pickleball games to helping us try archery for the first time. We also really enjoyed the cooking class and tie-dye shirt activity, which were both unique and memorable touches. The water sports team was also fantastic—we got to try water skiing and tubing, all included in the stay (activities that are often an extra charge at other resorts).

One thing to note: all beaches in St. Lucia are public. While the resort is generally quiet and uncrowded, there were times when local children were running and playing on the beach, which felt a bit out of place for an adults-only resort where guests come to relax and escape that atmosphere. Also, a tip for future travelers—bring bug spray. Mosquitoes were very active!

Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend it for the beautiful setting, incredible staff, fun activities, and unique experiences, with just a few areas that could be improved.
