Reserved the randoval butler suite at the Sandals Regency La Toc and the experience was amazing! My wife and I reserved the suite for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better. Honeymoon stay
Just recently had my Honeymoon at Sandals La Toc. Very nice place, Clean resort, rooms were clean everyday, good food and excellent service. The staff was amazing from the Asst. Manger to the main man Travis, he’s the best. Goes above and beyond for the people. Helped us out, with food, drinks and just awesome to talk to. If you end up going Travis is also called “bow tie man” look for him. I recommend this resort to anyone who wants to have a great time. We also took the Helicopter and it was such a great experience seeing the whole island. 5 stars on my end.

Great vibe and tropical setting
Great resort, friendly staff, wonderful island. Sandals Regency La Toc is a must visit resort. Very tropical feel, set on a hill. Things that stood out include the new Buccan restaurant, the updated suite with tub and amazing dual head shower, spa services, and our butler team. Things to be aware of include making reservations for dinners and excursions early on, the hilly ride to/from the airport which can cause nausea for some, and the hills within the resort. We used the hotel shuttle to visit the other 2 Sandals properties in St. Lucia and definitely preferred La Toc.

We spent our honeymoon at Sandals La Toc, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about our butler team - Charles, Kalan and Garvin. From the moment we got here, they made everything so easy and special. They helped us with dinner reservations, set up our excursions, and even surprised us with romantic decorations in our room.They were always one step ahead, making sure we had everything we needed without us even asking. They were so friendly, thoughtful, and just genuinely great people.

Specifically, our poolside server Share was absolutely wonderful. Not only was her service amazing, but she made us feel at home with her charming personality and friendly care. She was even kind enough to bring us a little local gift from the island on our last day. If we could give her 1000 stars we would. Please make her a manager she certainly deserves it!!
Honeymoon October 2025
Everything at the resort was great from the food and drinks to the rooms and staff. We had a great honeymoon stay for 9 nights!Specifically, our poolside server Share was absolutely wonderful. Not only was her service amazing, but she made us feel at home with her charming personality and friendly care. Kimono’s
We had dinner at Kimono’s with Jean Claude as our chef. He was amazing and made this experience so much fun! He was entertaining, a great joke teller and fabulous chef! Highly recommend!

Jean-Claude is the best!!!!
We had the best experience at Kimonos with Jean-Claude during our honeymoon! He was so much fun, had the best jokes, and kept us so entertained! Our favorite meal this week!! The food was delicious and service was great!

Excellent Butler Service
My husband and I came to Sandals Regency La Toc for our honeymoon. The entire staff was excellent however the service we received from our team of butlers was what made the trip unforgettable. Charles and his team went above and beyond, anticipating our needs without us having to ask. Charles made us feel completely at home and treated us as though we were family. We are so sad leave but look forward to coming back to visit Charles, Kalan, Garvin, and Gasper.

Basically the meals experience killed anything good about the resort.

Bad staff and poor service doesn’t make up for the good pools and views.
We have vacationed at other similarly-priced all inclusive resorts and this was our first Sandals trip. The food service / staff at La Toc is very poor. Night 1: Wife ordered wine and had to ask 3 times to get it. Night 2: our friend had to order Coke 3 times to get it. Meals can take ~1.5 hours and the wait staff rarely smiled with the exception of one or two. Waited an hour for lunch at Neptune’s and my meal didn’t come with the others at our table. Silverwear and plates often were not clean. Had to replace multiple times. Management staff is good and professional. Wait staff was not. I’ll add- server Johnathan which we had at The Pitons was the only one we thought did a great job and it was also the one restaurant where food arrived quickly.Basically the meals experience killed anything good about the resort.

Charles - the Butler makes the trip enjoyable
Charles, the butler made the experience - he went above and beyond to be there for anything we needed or wanted. The service overall around the resort was slow so Charles being as good as he was made this fun for us. Without our butler suite I certainly do not think I would have had the same take on the trip.
