This non-stop, high-energy hotel is situated near Cancun's entertainment area. Renovated in 2006, the Hard Rock Cancun is located near the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupte Lagoon in the famous Hotel Zone.

Great week at hard rock Cancun

Hard rock Cancun never disappoints! Jessy and hector are the absolute best ! They take care of us like family! My daughter has severe food allergies and they both make sure to bring the chefs out to speak with us they just go way beyond for us! Then there are the chefs ! Jose in ciao Carlos on Frida and super shout out to Jesus at Toro ! Never had a bad a bad meal and they always accommodated our daughter! Then the BOYS!!! Are guys at the pool. Angel Willy tacho and Fausto they are hard working wonderful men! Then the pool servers Oscar Irma and Jessica thank you for keeping our drinks filled! It was a great trip we had a large group and Jessy and hector handled everything for us! Thank you so much! Can’t wait to see my hard rock family next year!!!

Hard Rock service was excellent, Butler service with Luis and Omar amazing . Helped us negotiate some special requests because I was temporarily walking with a walker and needed a wheelchair. Food and service excellent, especially shoot out to Ignacio Vacgaez at Frida for extra special service. Omar and JoJo in owner update for arranging some special things for us owners.

The butler service made all the difference!!!!!

This was my first time experiencing a butler service, and wow—it completely elevated our stay. From the moment we arrived, our butler, Victor, made us feel like VIPs. He was polite and professional. It wasn’t just service—it felt like genuine care. I’ve stayed in many resorts, but this level of attention was something else.

Omar & Luis were the best and took great care of us the whole time we were there! From beginning to end. Always cheerful & on their toes; they made us feel super special and they fit in very well with our senses of humor. Great experience and service

We went with a group of 9 and had a great time. There is a very nice pool area with a lot of seating and plenty of shade. They had fun activities each day and night that we enjoyed. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The view of the ocean was great!
The food was very good! We ate at each restaurant except the Italian one and really enjoyed them. There is a great little shop that serves ice cream, pastries, and coffee that is open all the time and was delicious.
Our butlers were Omar and Luis and they were so good. Anything we needed was taken care of quickly. They would check in on us throughout the day and night, always making sure everything was going well and we had what we wanted. We could not have asked for better service. The rest of the staff at the property was also really good.

Worth it!!

We had a group of 9 for our vacation. What a great time! Food was good, resort was clean and the staff was excellent...especially our butlers, Luis and Omar. Everything we wanted or needed was one text message away! Splurge for the butler service and this will take an ordinary vacation to extraordinary!

Wonderful trip and incredible butler, Jessy!

My family and I just came back from our trip to Cancun, staying at the Hard Rock Cancun, and it was wonderful! We've gone there many times before but this time stood out in particular - while the resort itself has always been incredible, the biggest impact now was our butler, Jessy. Besides helping us with all our requests, she really went above and beyond for us, turning an already great stay to one I know we'll never forget! Thank you ☺️

Didn't meet my expectations.

The hotel is nice. The workers are the best.; very kind but sometimes not helpful. Not everybody has the right information when you ask for. The beach is amazing. The room is nice (9th floor, ocean view) but the water pressure is very weak. I never understand the light switches. The food is OK, but the Teppanyaki was the worst I ever visit (bad food, poor chef presentation). I think the best restaurant was Frida (buffet).
The bars didn't keep all the liquors all the time (if you ask in the afternoon for something you like, may be out of stock). Cafeto is very nice, but the ice cream is not all the time (there was two days with none)
I don't believe I'll come back.
