5star boutique hotel!

Hands down the best “intimate” resort.. only 65 rooms and 2 restaurants and a bar that does serve lunch. The staff is personal and attentive. The rooms are immaculate and super clean. The grounds are superb. Staff are grooming those on a daily basis. The food is amazing. Overall I would rate this as an elevated boutique hotel you do have access to the sister hotels nearby like dreams that we had dinner out a couple of times which was amazing only a few minutes from resort. Beaches were amazing with spectacular reviews. We even did a horseback ride each side that they showed up just in front of our resort so we did not have to drive. If you’re looking for a bucket list trip, this resort is top-notch.

Beautiful place but needs some work.

The property itself was beautiful as well as the landscaping. Our room was very nice and large. The staff in the main area were very nice and accommodating. However, there were a couple of problems. The staff at the bar Maguey was not great. Occupancy at the hotel was low. The bar staff seemed to ignore you when you came in. One day, I asked for silverware and a napkin twice. When it wasn't delivered, I had to go retrieve it myself. Also, our minibar was supposed to be refilled daily. It wasn't done for 3 of the days we were there. Very disappointing. Overall, it was a good experience but they really need to step up in certain areas.

Cabo BCS was excellente!!

All the staff (Alan, Valera, Chef Eduardo, Marco, Jaime) were phenomenal! Service was excellent and the food was magnificent!!

Great classy property

We had a wonderful week at Zoetry. It was a beautiful and clean resort. The entrance was very well maintained and classy. We enjoyed the restaurants, pool, activities and staff.

Friendly staff. Quiet. Maybe more of 3.5 or 4 resort

The resort was very nice. The weather was extremely hot (obviously - for this time of year..) and there were limited indoor options during the hottest part of the day. One bar with air conditioning was the only cool option. Being a smaller resort meant that at least it was not crowded.(This was nice!).
All options, for food, are a La Carte- which made it difficult to just grab something quick (i.e., like a buffet) or to customize meals or snacks. The staff was mostly very nice....although many did not speak English sufficiently to understand our food orders, so we often had to ask a few times to get orders/ condiments as requested. Having said this, the staff was always polite and eager to accommodate us!
We particularly enjoyed the Seaside Restaurant!
(We only went in the evening because it was outside, and it was just too hot midday!!) The staff here was exceptional!
The chef (Eduardo) created amazing dishes. The presentation was fantastic. Valeria always greeted us with a smile and friendly conversation. She always went over and above to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience.
Valeria, Marcelo, and Alan were all exceptionally attentive. Marcelo was wonderful. He is very friendly and truly makes every effort to make your stay memorable! Alan makes an amazing Mexican coffee- and it is entertaining to watch his skill as he prepares it.
We highly recommend this restaurant for a 5 star experience!
The poolside was just okay. The pool wait staff is mediocre at best. You can expect to wait a long time for service and may need to go and get your own drinks throughout the day. The pool itself is warm, large, and not overcrowded. Jamie is a wonderful activity coordinator - he is always smiling and welcoming everyone to join in on the various poolside activities.
Mari and Caesar are very nice (they worked in the main restaurants). The women at the café were also friendly.
Gustavo was a character. He worked mostly in Maguey bar. The language barrier may have contributed, but we had a few mixups with our orders. However, he was delightful! Always sincerely apologetic if anything was amiss and always ready to help! Jesus was also very nice as the valet. (Even though we only really saw him twice - arrival and departure).
It should be known that there is a pathway from building 1 and 2 to the main area- that was washed out by rain and sand (who knows how long ago) and you need to walk through beachsand for approx. 20 to 30 feet. So keep that in mind when packing shoes!
The staff was nice, but the poor rating comes mostly from the lack of food/restaurant options and the lack of places to go - things to do when outside is not an option (or after 10pm). Also, the washed-out trail seems to be something that should not be at a so-called 5 star resort.

Exceeded expectations.

Exceeded expectations. At check in we were upgraded to honeymoon suite. From that point on everything was exceptional. It was also my birthday and once staff found out it was non stop celebration. At least 5 different cakes/desserts served over the 2 days. It was a bit overwhelming and other guests were jealous.

The staff makes sure you have a exceptional experience from the concierge, the wait staff and the people behind the scenes.

Food and drinks were what you would expect at high level restaurant. Bartenders give a generous pour. Make sure you go to Saltwater restaurant for dinner and have Alan make you his special coffee for dessert. It a combination of Tequila, coffee liquor and ice-cream. The creation of the dish is an entertaining production. Alan also is a great waiter and an asset to the organization.

Xiomara the pool manager and Julie the customer relations manager and very visible and always checking to see if they can do any thing additional.

I also need to mention Jaime the events coordinator who a few times a day would have activities you could participate in including making things, cooking hints and games.

In general I would highly recommend Zoetry if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy some down time.

Wonderful time, great service

We had a wonderful time, in no small part thanks to Daniell, Pauleht, Toni and Alberto. Danielle and Pauleht gave amazing restaurant and poolside service, Toni was an excellent bartender and took special care of us during tricky weather (along with Mayti!)and Alberto steered us to an exceptional bottle of wine. Everything about our trip was beyond our expectations; the room, the food, the scenery, the spa and the staff. If you're looking for a place to unwind and be nurtured, there is no finer place than Zoetry Casa del Mar in Los Cabos.

Excellent Activities and Pool Staff

Jaime at Zoetry Resort brought an amazing energy to our vacation experience. He works so hard to make sure his guests are having a great time. Always has a smile on his face. He and Juan with the bar staff made our experience 100 here in Cabo.

Beautiful!

This was the perfect getaway spot for friends to relax and enjoy the beauty of Cabo! Our first trip to Zoetry will NOT be our last. We had a wonderful experience and the accommodations were excellent.
The service was consistently good as was the food quality.
Oscar and his fellow servers were beyond kind and always on point with a Mango Margarita with Tajin to make poolside time even better. Marco had us staying active and was so much fun. Cesar took excellent care of us at El Arroyo.
Food at Seaside was fantastic, as was the view!
All in all, we can't wait to go back!

A Truly Memorable Stay Thanks to Exceptional Staff

We had a truly wonderful stay, thanks to the consistently polite and helpful staff. It was a pleasure to be greeted by smiling faces and to enjoy friendly conversations throughout our visit.
Special Recognition:
• Javier (Capitan, El Arroyo): Javier stood out for his genuine interest in learning German expressions from us. In return, he shared fascinating insights into Mexican customs, food, and culture. His warm-hearted nature made every interaction memorable.
• Monserrat (El Arroyo): Monserrat noticed we were studying American Sign Language and shared that she was learning it too at the hotel. From that moment on, she greeted us with a big smile and used hand signals to communicate. Her joyful personality was a highlight of our stay.
• Alvaro: The most efficient server we met—he often anticipated our needs before we even asked. His attentiveness added a layer of comfort to our experience.
• Jaime: Around the pool, Jaime made a thoughtful effort to involve guests in activities, always respectful and never intrusive.
• Angel: Angel led a fantastic fingerpainting and oil-painting class by the pool bar. It was one of the most memorable activities during our stay—creative, engaging, and fun.
We wish we had noted more names, as so many staff members contributed to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. From the young lady server (especially in Saltwater) to others across the property, their kindness made a lasting impression.

Amazing experience!

What an experience, from the servers to the cleanliness of the resort, it was truly a 5 start resort. Never had to reserve a pool chair in the morning or make reservations for dinner/lunch etc. An amazing vacation to remember even thru 2 days of the hurricane.

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing time. All the staff were friendly, helpful, always smiling and saying good morning. I love the lady that brought the sweet breads to our table in the morning. I’m sorry I forgot your name. She was super nice and always had a smile on her face.
Jamie and Marcus had good activities and they were friendly and full of fun. Love all the activities and thank you guys for the fun memories. I can’t forget the chief(s). Thank you for the amazing and delicious food.

exceptional service

I had a truly wonderful and positive experience during my recent stay at Zoëtry. I genuinely appreciate the exceptional service and the serene atmosphere that your team strives to provide.

Lovely Hotel Experience

This was our first trip to Cabo and our travel agent booked us at this beautiful boutique hotel! We were warmly greeted by Brayan with sparkling wine and then walked over to Nelly at the front desk where we received a quick and easy check in. We went to our room, a Junior Suite Ocean View King, and were SO happy with the clean and spacious room with a stunning view! We went to explore the hotel grounds and met Marcos at the pool. He is in charge of guest entertainment and was so friendly and inviting. He would walk around to inform guests of the daily activities and was such a genuine and fun person to speak with. Each night we ended up at the Maguey Bar in the lobby area to enjoy perfectly made cocktails by Toni and we loved our nightly conversations with him. He is an absolute asset to this hotel with his expertise and attentiveness to each guest! Eduardo and Gustavo were so friendly and welcoming at the Maguey Bar too! We enjoyed our daily breakfasts with Mary and Alex at El Arroyo. They were both so wonderful to chat with and the food was perfectly cooked, even with the modifications we would ask for. We ate dinner one night at El Arroyo and met Felix. He made us feel like we were old friends and had us laughing the whole dinner. We were happy to see him around the hotel at different times and he always made sure to come say hello. We had delicious lunches and dinners at Saltwater, the other hotel restaurant that is ocean front. Fidel greeted us for lunch and always remembered our favorite drinks and meals! He is such a wonderful young man with a great smile and I miss seeing him and talking with him each day. Marcelo was our server when we dined at Saltwater for dinners and he was so friendly and professional. We went to a ceviche cooking class one day next to the pool and that is where I was introduced to the hotel's vegan ceviche that has mushrooms as the base - it was THE BEST and SO flavorful that I got it every time we sat down for lunch or dinner! The Spa was wonderful too! My husband and I both got 90 minute deep tissue massages and they were SO relaxing! The spa is clean and each staff member is so welcoming! Carlos, Maria and Katia were very caring and sincere! When we would relax poolside, Yahir was always checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I really cannot say enough positive things about the hotel staff! I would even hear other guests comment on how incredibly caring and attentive each staff member was. We felt truly cared for and relaxed as we enjoyed the beauty all around us. We hardly ever repeat hotel stays, but we are planning to return to this hotel in the near future based on the way we were treated as guests, like family. Zoetry Cabo was first class

Zoëtry was an amazing resort. The staff were all very friendly and going above and beyond…especially Ricardo at the front desk. Rooms were clean, the resort was safe, and all of the restaurants were amazing. Our favorite was Saltwater. Alan waited on us for our dinner and gave us over the top service!! I highly recommend going to Cabo and staying at Zoetry.
