Always enjoy our vacations but expect a little more from the resort.

Dreams Los Cabos, resort was clean, staff friendly. The property appeared to need quite a few repairs which was slightly disappointing for an upper scale resort.
The time share people were overbearing on a daily basis and then rude upon realizing you were not going to purchase. You felt like you had to avoid being bombarded every time you exited the elevator.

The staff!

We were with a large group. The staff was very accommodating. Bryan & Pamela at the pool were energetic in motivating people to participate in activities. They were awesome. Aldiar & Lucas were excellent at service at the pool bar. Aldair with his whoop whoop made people want to join the group he was serving. Lucas was attentive and hard working.
We ate at the Oceania restaurant and our servers Sergio and Iker (Spiderman) were super servers. They were attentive and seemed to love their job and interaction with us.
Our stay at Dreams resort was excellent. Thank you staff for your dedication and hard work.

Los Cabos Dreaming!

We recently returned from our stay at Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf Resort and Spa and would like to mention a few things about this wonderful resort. We were treated to a truly great and relaxing experience with a few minor recommendations.

The accommodation was what we expected. Our 6th-floor ocean view suite was of amazing—spacious, beautifully appointed, and offering breathtaking views of the ocean. A huge thank you to the those in housekeeping who kept the room clean and stocked with drinks and snacks for our stay.

But, the real highlight of our trip was the exceptional service provided by the restaurant teams. We would like to specifically commend the following individuals:
At the Seaside Grill, our thanks to: Noemi, Caesar, Antonio, Victor, Irvin, Diana, and Laura. They all provided great service catering to our every request.

The dining experience continued to impress and Portofino was probably the best we had during our entire stay unfortunately we failedto get our servers name, but he was impeccable.

We also enjoyed amazing meals at Oceana, and would like to mention awesome service from Sergio on our first visit and Anjel on our second. Both made our evenings memorable.

And at Manatees Poolside Bar, Octavio and Ernesto provided outstanding service, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect day by the pool.

The only dining experience that fell short of the resort's high standard was at the Bordeaux restaurant. The food was below the brands average standard, and the service was not as attentive as we experienced everywhere else.

We would also like to mention Pamela, Darwin and Brian from the entertainment department who had a knack for keeping everyone amused without being a nuisance.

If you are looking for great vacation in the Hyatt franchise, Dreams Los Cabos is a great choice!

Old but Good

Old resort that needs to be updated. Very Clean, pools are nice, the bars were out of lots of items- That was very annoying.

Dreams Los Cabos will Exceed your Expectations

Best location in Los Cabos, short ride to San Jose or Cabo San Lucas.
The service, menu options, ambience, preparation, presentation and taste at all the specialty restaurants was truly 10 out of 10. This was our 3rd visit to Dreams Los Cabos mostly because we love the location, staff and entertainment but now we can honestly say the food is also the star.
The staff are so friendly and attentive. They are the best.
The Entertainment Team keeps you laughing, smiling and engaged all day and night. There is no reason to leave the property. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful relaxing vacation.

Lucas was great at poolside customer service throughout the.Resort was awesome spot on. Only downfall with the resort is needs more shows.Entertainment at night. While saying that I would still go back overall fantastic vacation.

Two thumbs up!

Some friends and I recently spent five days at the Dreams Los Cabos Golf and Spa resort and had an overall great experience.

The resort atmosphere was very maintained. We had a swim-out suite room 1107, this is the room closest to the beach. It was very enjoyable, only drawback is it was in the shade by 10am. I would recommend something towards the middle or other end of the swim out rooms.

The staff provided exceptional service. A special shot out our favorite bartender, Octavio, he very attentive, fast, and even waited on us in our swim out pool, he always had a smile on his face and was overall awesome. We also enjoyed the entertainment staff at the adult pool, Pamela and John were wonderful. They provided just the right number of activities; never did we feel that it was intrusive.

The food was not bad, not great, it is what I expect at an all-inclusive report. Our favorite place was the Italian restaurant. I was a little disappointed that they did not have a Hibachi restaurant.

The highlights of our trip were a trip to Cabo Wabo, a Sunset Dinner Cruise to the Arches and massages at the Spa. We were comfortable taking a uber downtown on our own to have dinner at Cabo Wabo, the atmosphere busy and lots going on. We stopped into a few shops on that trip as well.

The dinner cruise was incredible. The views were beautiful, and the cruise itself was lots of fun, the drinks and dinner were both very good. This is a don’t miss activity if you are visiting Cabo.

My massage by Erika was wonderful. Treat yourself, it is worth it.

The only real drawback is that the beaches are not swimmable, as a matter of fact you are required to sign a waiver saying that you will not enter the water on the beach. The surf if is extremely rough and very rocky. This restriction is definitely in your best interest, it seems very dangerous. I don’t think that this is isolated to this resort, I have visited other resorts in Cabo, and this was the case there as well. You can however take stroll on the beach, it is beautiful and makes are wonderful backdrop from everywhere on the property.

Wonderful resorts with great views, walkable beach and amazing service

It’s hard to believe we’ve already been home a week from our amazing trip to Cabo! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Dreams and can’t wait to go back. Everything was perfect — the stunning view from our room, peaceful walks along the beach, and plenty of time to relax. 🌴✨

Seaside was our favorite breakfast spot each morning. They had everything from avocado toast to sourdough French toast, and Victor took incredible care of us every day. Even when we weren’t in his section, he stopped by to say hello — truly the best service! ☕🍞

We spent our days by the pool soaking up the sun, knowing cooler weather was waiting back home. Elsa made sure we always had plenty of water and cocktails — her warmth and attentiveness were outstanding. 🍹☀️

The Entertainment Team was fantastic! We joined water aerobics, blackjack, volleyball, and the daily games. A big shoutout to Brian and John for making it all so much fun — they kept everyone smiling! 🎉💦

Beautiful resort, amazing food, and the most wonderful staff. Highly recommend Dreams for both families and couples — we’re already planning our next visit! 💕

So wonderful, but not perfect.

We had an amazing time. We felt especially safe and it was a wonderful experience. The only things I would warn about is just keep walking past the time share people at the exit of the airport and understand that the drinks at the resort are very watered down. Also, maybe bring ear plugs or something to help sleep because there are no quiet hours. Otherwise, it is so beautiful and the food is amazing!

Dreams Resort

What we loved about the Dreams resort: the staff was absolutely wonderful, without exception. We especially liked the staff of the World Cafe ( breakfast and lunch buffets). A special shout out to the lady who made the delicious omelettes and remembered me and what I wanted in my omelette each morning. Also, the bartenders at the adult swim up pool were fun and entertaining.
We enjoyed the French and Italian restaurants also.
Room service was fast and friendly. Maid service was absolutely fantastic.
What we didn’t like so much: although the room was very clean, it was very dated. The curtains had tears in them and fabric was ripped up under the bed. All upholstery had worn/stained spots. Time for some updates.

Beautiful Pacific Views!

We usually visit the Hyatt All Inclusive Secrets/Dreams on the Caribbean side, but decided to check out this one on the Pacific side. The lobby upon arrival is beautiful, the views of the water greeting us through the palm tree graced archways. The resort is older, but well maintained and gracious. Our room was spacious, , very nice and the ocean view was spectacular! Ive read many novels describing the "crashing of the surf", and that description came alive during our stay. Not swimmable unfortunately, and the hotel staff guards the beach well keeping guests with no knowledge of a dangerous undertow safe. But, the miles Long Beach made for vigorous adventuring as part of my workouts. Speaking of workouts, the gym here is fabulous! Large, new equipment, lots of free weights, clean mats, waters, towels, etc, just as well equipped as your home town gym.

Overall, we enjoyed the resort. Our highlights were dinners at Seaside Grill. Great steaks, beautiful seaside ambiance, hearing the music entertainment in the distance graced by the thundering of the nearby surf. Jennifer was the hostess, and she really made our dinner experiences great. We had dinner there 4 nights out of our 10, and on our last one she orchestrated a sizzling shrimp and steak flaming table side dinner prepared by chef Ivan. Really awesome, best shrimp ever, making our last night at Seaside so memorable. Thank you to the whole staff, Davila, Alberto, Jorge, chef Ivan and Jennifer. We enjoyed Oceana as well, and Jennifer also helped us obtain reservations there one evening, and we were surprised with a very entertaining table side dinner preparation by chef Wilfredo, and his helper, and waiter Sergio was excellent. Thank you Jennifer and everyone.

We usually grabbed chairs at the Preferred beach side. Mercedes, the beach butler was amazing, very attentive, making sure we had our drinks filled, and knew our lunch preferences by heart. Lounging with the massively beautiful Pacific in front of us, catching some sea life antics of distant whales, experiencing the massive waves crashing to the shore was both humbling and awe inspiring. Thank you Mercedes for making the time on the beach watching the waves that much better.

We also enjoyed Bordeaux restaurant, excellent ambiance and food. Waiters Carlos and Alberto were great.

We did not enjoy Portofino as much. Beautiful restaurant, great focaccia bread, but our pastas were swimming in oil, and just overall the service seemed out of step with the rest of the resort. They were quite busy, and everything has an off night, but it was not our favorite.

In other Dreams and Secrets resorts, we enjoy a cappuccino with dessert, but oddly this resort seemed to have problems serving coffee or coffee drinks after dinner. They seemed to have difficulties providing coffee in the restaurants after dinner but at Seaside and Oceana they did their best to accommodate. The waiter at Bordeaux also after checking provided us with one, but Portofino only could bring a cup of black coffee, and it did take some time for the waiter to figure out how and where to make it. Thankfully they had an amazing Coco Cafe.

Speaking of Coco Cafe our very favorite coffee shop, with all the amazing coffee drinks, tea , desserts, amazing fruit cups, and ice creams, all you could want, is always excellent. I wish I could take Coco's home with me. Always the best coffee with the best service. Everyone at Coco's is wonderful.

Our one complaint would be that of the 10 days we were at the resort, we had evening turndown service only twice, even after bringing it to the attention of the preferred concierge. I know it's a little thing in the big picture of our stay, but as guests, it is part of the package and a nice service that is presented as part of the resort stay. Not sure what happened, but be aware that although the room cleaning is great, the may be understaffed or something for the evening turndown..

Room cleaning was excellent, room service awesome, very quick and great coffee and food. Hot and wonderful.

Pool activities are fun, I enjoyed a painting on tile class. The teacher was talented and taught finger blending, it was actually a great art lesson and we all created a piece of tropical tile art worth displaying!

Overall, a nice, fun family resort . Evening entertainment is good, we really enjoyed the guitar players, they were beyond awesome. Overall, We enjoyed our stay, appreciate the whole staff for all the services, and recommend it for anyone looking for a nice family resort in Los Cabos.

Relaxing, Clean and Fun

Very clean and well managed resort. All staff were extremely nice and polite. Huge shoutout to Pedro who made our trip welcoming and relaxing! Negatives were..limited drinks, especially bourbon. The buffet was only open for breakfast and not the themed lunch and dinner options as advertised.

Good spot for a quick couples get away

We had a good experience at the hotel.
Definitely worth the upgrade we paid for when we arrived
All inclusive food and drink was decent.
Portofino was worth going to, Bordeaux was not.
Only real negatives was the fan in the room was very loud and the bed was very very very firm.

Definitely find Ruffo the bartender for a great experience.

Dreams Los Cabos

We are leaving Dreams Los Cabos this morning.
Had a great time, food and service were great.
Staff goes all out to make your stay enjoyable.
I want to thank Ilse, ( concierge) for what an excellent job she did honoring our requests.
I want to thank our server , Mercedes at the preferred beach .
He went above and beyond to make our vacation an excellent time.
Mercedes is the best server/waiter we have ever had.
All the employees go overboard to please the guest.
This was out third visit here, and we will return

Dreams hotel in Cabo really was a dream of a vacation!!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was huge and the bathroom was very roomy. The hotel staff were constantly ensuring the hotel was spotless. The shuttle service from airport to hotel was comfortable and it was only a 30 minute ride. The staff who serviced the pool area and dining facilities were exceptional! These staff included: Isabel, Pamela, John, Ernesto, Octavio, Brian, Irvin and Darwin!! These staff are remarkable at making sure the guests receive the best service possible, and always with a smile!😊 We truly enjoyed our time at the resort!!

First time in Cabo and at Dreams and I would definitely go back!!

From the moment we arrived I felt safe as this was inside a guarded gate. Our Balcony Oceanview was amazing and right over the adult only pool which was perfect! The maids and room service were very prompt and friendly. The hotel was always clean and there were always staff around to help. The pool staff Isabel and Octavo were amazing and never let our drinks run out or get hungry. They must get 50k steps a day because they never stop running back and forth! The pool entertainment Pamela, Brian, and Darwin were phenomenal and had something for us to do every day. They always made our pool come alive and got everyone to socialize!! Their energy and personalities are top notch! Ernesto was the best pool bartender and always had a smile on his face. He worked so hard making drinks non stop and remembers his regulars!! Irvin and John were great as well and made sure our service was excellent! Overall this is definitely a hotel I would recommend and revisit!!

Food is terrible.

The food is terrible. Honestly comparable to what you’d find at a gas station. The drinks aren’t much better, and half the time the items listed on the menu aren’t even available. The property itself is beautiful, but that’s really the only redeeming quality.
