Amazing all inclusive!

Zoetry agua was exactly what we were looking for in a honeymoon. At any point over the week, I think the most people we saw were 15-20 in one place which gave it even more of a relaxed/ private feel. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and was ready to help in any way they could. The food was also very good at every restaurant. Our concierge, Sagrario was amazing and quickly replied to every question we had. She even went above and beyond to add romantic touches to our room while we were out for dinner, at the pool, etc. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxed getaway in a place you’ll never want to leave, this one’s for you!

Amazing Service!

My husband and I recently spent 9 nights at Zoetry Agua, and it was hands down the BEST service we have ever had at a resort. From arrival the staff made us feel like royalty. Every need was anticipated, and every request was handled quickly with a smile. The hospitality here is top level!
We stayed in one of the older Romantic Swim Outs, and while we were told it wasn’t newly renovated, we absolutely loved it. The room was perfect & we wouldn't change a thing. The minibar was always restocked, the room was organized daily (initial clean up then a turn down in the evening), beds made, and we never once ran out of towels. They also showed up several times with additional towels that we did not order.
Dining was also a great experience even though they do not have a buffet. 2 of the 3 restaurants were air-conditioned, which made for a very comfortable dinners. The 3rd, not air-conditioned, was a bit uncomfortable but nothing that would keep us from coming back. Every meal was delicious, and the service during all meals was consistently outstanding. We had so many wonderful interactions with the staff, and our bartender Joel deserves a special shoutout, he was amazing! Other staff members who we would love to highlight are: Yelin, Henry, Merlyn, Sory, Wiris, Chamel, Jeanne and Alejandra. So many people made our stay amazing!
The pool was wonderful, peaceful, relaxing, and easily accessible right from our swim out suite. Plenty of shade for my husband and plenty of sun for myself. We loved that there were always pool chairs available, and there was never any fighting over finding towels or a good spot to relax. It made our poolside time feel so relaxing.
The only downside of our stay was the beach. During this time of year there seems to be quite a bit of seaweed that washes ashore, making the beach undesirable. The resort staff worked every day to clean it up, but the volume was too much to keep up with. They really tried, and it’s clear they care about maintaining the beach for their guests but again there was just too much.
We were told that the resort will be closing for renovations in June, and we’re already excited at the thought of returning after the updates are done. Even without the upcoming remodel, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Another Paradise

Zoetry Agua Punta Cana is an excellent Hotel from every standpoint of view but is totally different from standards five starts Hotels. This is a place to relax, swing on the water, eat like a king and drink like a Viking but in Peace. The landscape is beautiful, the accommodations are super comfortable well served, the pool is super clean, and the beach is calm. What makes the different is the staff. Felix the restaurant manager gold start for him, Luis Restaurant manager assistant, gold start for him and Julio Bar manager, gold start for him as well. These people will do anything to make your stay amazing. They are the heart and soul of the Zoetry.

An Unforgettable 50th Birthday Celebration at Zoetry Agua Punta Cana (June 2nd - June 7th)

Our recent stay at Zoetry Agua Punta Cana from June 2nd to June 7th was nothing short of extraordinary. This beautiful, smaller resort is an absolute gem – very lush, impeccably maintained, and truly feels like a tranquil oasis.

What truly sets Zoetry Agua apart, however, is its phenomenal staff. They genuinely care about their guests' experience, consistently stopping to greet us, ask if we needed anything, and going above and beyond to make our visit perfect, especially for my 50th birthday celebration. We could not have asked for a better visit.

Exceptional Accommodations
We had the pleasure of staying in one of the three-bedroom villas, which was absolutely perfect. Being on one floor with no one above us provided a wonderful sense of privacy and quiet. Each of our rooms was incredibly spacious, featuring its own large bathroom, and the private plunge pool was a fantastic addition for a quick dip whenever we desired. We all felt we had the perfect amount of privacy and comfort in our accommodations.

Unparalleled Service & Heartfelt Staff (The True Highlight!)

The staff at Zoetry Agua Punta Cana are the soul of this resort. Their authentic desire to ensure our experience was flawless was evident in every interaction. We are compelled to highlight several individuals who truly made our stay unforgettable:

* Amada Bernard (Concierge): Amada was the true highlight of our stay, going above and beyond even before our arrival. She meticulously helped with planning via email, organizing special requests like my 50th birthday dinner on the beach and water spa services. She met us upon arrival, personally brought the head chef to our villa to confirm my vegetarian menu, kept track of all our guests, and consistently made us feel incredibly special. Her dedication and personalized attention were outstanding.

* Fernando (Bell Person/Service Staff): Upon arrival, as Fernando was bringing our bags to the villa, he noticed how much we enjoyed the complimentary champagne. He proactively offered to bring another chilled bottle with fresh glasses, a gesture that was truly above and beyond and perfectly set the tone for our luxurious stay.

* Lisbeth (Restaurant Waitress): Lisbeth, a waitress at several restaurants, incredibly knew it was my birthday even though we had never met. She started wishing me a happy birthday days before the actual date, showcasing an astonishing level of detail and personalization. This thoughtful gesture made me feel celebrated throughout the entire week.

* Alejandra (Beach Waitress): Alejandra immediately got to know us, remembering everyone's names and always greeting us with a genuine smile. She was incredibly attentive, frequently checking if we needed drinks while on the beach and even moving our drinks to the pool area when we transitioned. Like Lisbeth, she also knew it was my birthday, demonstrating the resort's amazing attention to individual guests. Her energy and dedication, even in the heat, were remarkable.

* Carlos (Bell Person): Carlos provided exceptional service upon arrival. He took the time to ask which bags belonged to which room, then personally settled each bag into the correct room, showing us all the amenities within each space. This personalized welcome helped us settle in effortlessly.

* Eliezer 1 (Front Desk Staff): Eliezer 1 provided a wonderfully warm welcome upon our arrival. He offered us drinks and water, and memorably, allowed us to choose a preferred scent for our room, ensuring a pleasant aroma for our entire week's stay.

* Frank Alexis Pena (Head Chef): Chef Frank Alexis Pena went above and beyond for my dietary needs. He consistently remembered throughout the week that I am vegetarian. On one occasion, while my friends enjoyed the Dominican buffet, he personally offered to make me a delicious vegetarian quesadilla from scratch, bringing it out specially. This level of personalized care, even days after our arrival, was truly outstanding and made me feel incredibly valued.

* Gabriel & Joel (Canoa Bar Bartenders): Gabriel and Joel at the Canoa bar were fantastic! They clearly love their jobs, engaging with guests, making any drink we desired, and even crafting custom cocktails based on our cravings. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to share insights into their lives made every visit to the bar a joy.

* Eliezer 2 (Beach Waiter): Eliezer 2 consistently made custom green juices for us in the mornings. He would ask about our preferred ingredients and add thoughtful extras, providing an awesome morning smoothie to kickstart our day's adventures.

* Eduardo (Beach Dinner Waiter): Eduardo was our waiter for my special 50th birthday dinner on the beach. He is a beautiful soul, offering incredible affirmations and maintaining a discreet yet attentive presence by waiting nearby in the bushes, ensuring we had everything we needed without intruding on our private celebration. His service made the birthday dinner truly magical.

* Ady & Wanda (Maids): Ady and Wanda did an outstanding job keeping our villa pristine. Their daily cleaning was thorough, and their evening turndown service was a delightful touch, complete with chocolates, turned-down beds, and perfectly placed slippers, robes, and remotes. These thoughtful details significantly enhanced our comfort.

* Melissa (Coco Cafe Barista / Canoa Bar Waitress): Melissa was a standout! As a barista at Coco Cafe during the day and a waitress at the Canoa bar in the evening, she consistently remembered it was my birthday throughout the week. She was incredibly genuine, kind, engaging, and even encouraged us to practice our Spanish, showing a true personal investment in our experience.

* Elizabeth (Front Desk Manager): Elizabeth stayed with us throughout our entire checkout process, ensuring everything was processed properly and efficiently. She thoughtfully asked if she could take a group photo with us and our concierge, Amada, on our departure day. She also coordinated with Amada to ensure our vehicle arrived promptly and even offered cold water for our trip, demonstrating genuine kindness and care.

Zoetry Agua Punta Cana offers an unparalleled level of personalized luxury and service. The combination of beautiful grounds, comfortable accommodations, and an incredibly caring and attentive staff made our 50th birthday celebration and entire stay absolutely unforgettable. Serenity Now

Beautiful resort. The resort is beautiful and quiet exactly what is needed when escaping long work weeks.
We had a swim up suite which was perfect if we wanted the beach it was a short walk, if not we could just float in the pool outside our room.

Staff were amazing.our concierge Amada was there to help even when wanting to plan a little surprise for my wife. While at the pool we were taken care of by Esther who was always smiling and making sure we were taken care of.Esther would bring us beverages just when we needed them and even assisted us at the lunch area.

Staff at this resort is very friendly and helpful . This resort is for pure relaxation- no loud music or disorderly patrons.

A perfect resort for us

Let me start by saying the service is excellent, our concierge Jose Simeon treated us like family. Always people cleaning and asking to help you. I loved this resort great for couples because never seems crowded, it is small and personal. I can’t recommend this resort enough. It is further from the airport but sits alone which makes it better. If your going to party than not for you but if want romantic get away than a must try.

Honeymoon Even my Wildest Dreams Could Have Not Made Up

When i say EVERYTHING was perfect... it's not an understatement. I wish there were words to convey how truly impressive our experience was. We stayed in room 166 for the whole week of our honeymoon. The housekeeping was extraordinary! The view was even better. It was impeccably clean and I looked so forward to seeing the decorations left on our bed every day! Our concierge, Jose, was an angel sent from above. It is completely obvious how much he cares for people. He made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we could ever want or need. He is a PERFECT person to have on staff. Every meal we ate was glorious and we were greeted with respect, warmth and gratitude every single time we interacted with a host, hostess or server. Henry was our server multiple times and he is a joy to be around. Cesar made sure we had everything we needed on the beach or at the bar. The spa is incredible, the grounds are impeccably maintained..... they worked so hard to clean up the seaweed every day so that you had a beautiful beach to lounge on every day. This place is ABSOLUTELY MAGIC. If you are looking for an intimate quiet get away... there is no other choice in my opinion. Zoetry is the only place! I was so incredibly sad to leave but I can't wait to drive back to those gates for another stay to hear...... WELCOME HOME!!!!

Awesome relaxing stay!!

We just got back from a week at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana and it was the best experience we have ever had at an all inclusive resort.

They keep the resort immaculate and the grounds are very tropical and lush. The spa hydrotherapy, the steam and dry sauna , hot tub area is very relaxing.

The staff are all so amazing. They are very genuine, engaging and helpful.

Special thanks to our wedding coordinator Albania. She is just the sweetest most wonderful person and did so much for us. Zoetry Agua is fortunate to have her there.

Other staff who went above and beyond and/or were just awesome people ... Indigo restaurant....Leydi ( leidy) was so amazing and such a beautiful person and spirit.

Wilca, was a very attentive server on the beach.

Thank you to our butler Luis even though we didn't utilize his service very often.

We were treated like royalty from the moment we stepped off the shuttle.

They downside we experienced was not in the resorts control. There was lots of Sargassum in the water and on the beach . Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes and sand flies but it is a very tropical environment so it's to be expected.

A Blissful Experience

If you are looking for a place where you only lift a finger while holding a cold drink, Zoetry is the place for you. As newlyweds, this was the honeymoon my wife and I needed. We both work strenuous jobs and volunteer much of our time, so a great vacation was necessary. When making the booking, we were hesitant with going to a newly established hotel, although reviews were exceptional. I will say that Zoetry Agua is worth every dollar! Zoetry is more than a purchase. This new home is an investment into A Blissful Experience.

My wife and I have traveled much around the world, but I have never been to an all inclusive experience such as this. 5/5 all around! Please take advantage of an amazing time in Punta Cana by visiting. You will not regret it!

The best resort we have ever experienced!

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here and it was a dream come true! The resort is so peaceful, luxurious and pristine. The entire staff pays so much attention to detail and genuinely care for the wellness and satisfaction of the guests. We had an ocean front suite and the sound of the ocean was so peaceful the room was always impeccable and restocked. We have traveled to quite a few places and this hotel by far was the best one we have stayed in . The food and drink is top shelf. And everyone is so friendly and inviting. Renny and our concierge Johan were incredible and Santiago and Joel gave us the absolute top shelf cocktails and wine experience! Will definitely return for our next celebration!

Holiday nightmare as Zoetry cancelled our holiday with only two weeks notice

Didn’t stay at the resort (although wanted to) but our holiday experience having booked at Zoetry Agua entailed stress and disappointment after the hotel cancelled our two week stay with only two weeks notice due to renovations. this wasn’t an overrun of a project - it was to start, but shouldn’t the start date be managed so that if you do need to cancel you give more notice to impacted customers than just 2 weeks?

Zoetry Agua was Excellent

Our Concierge/Butler Luis Was exceptional, always going above and beyond. Elizabeth the Front Desk Manager, provided us an Upgraded room and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The Sommelier Santiago treated us well and helped provide us with great wine experiences. Pool Bar Servers Daniel, Gabriel, Willa and Nathalia were hospitable and very personable. Our House Keeper Julianne Viera met all of our daily needs and more. The Spa Masseuse Santa was amazing and would recommend daily.
Because of this wonderful experience at Zoetry Aqua including special dinners and treatments, we have plans to return for our 45th Anniversary in May 2026. We are excited to sell all of the new improvements
