Best Vacation Yet! Highly recommend with our without kids.

This was our 5th All-Inclusive vacation as a family along with 2 other families. We all agree that Princess Grand Jamaica has been our best one yet! The staff is amazing, the resort is beautiful, the excursions are top notch, the food was delicious. I cannot recommend this resort enough. Everything was so clean and well-maintained. We booked a Junior Swim Out and absolutely loved it. The suite was very nice, spacious and perfect for our family. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great time. We had kids with us ranging from age 17 to age 6 and they all enjoyed every minute. Just a few of our many favorite staff members were Sylva and Ashley from the entertainment team, Romaine from the fitness staff, Oche and Leowell from the bar staff, and Nickay from the Italian restaurant. EVERY single staff member was kind and welcoming. I wish I could remember the names of them all! We have already talked about how we would not hesitate to book again and hope we get to. We booked a catamaran excursion through Scuba Caribe. The boat picked us up right at the resort, took us snorkeling, cave swimming, to Rick's Cafe and to 7 Mile Beach/Margaritaville. The perfect excursion if you want to experience it all! If you are looking for a great resort and beautiful country to visit, you have found it!

Romario has great customer service. He was very warm and welcoming.

Nicolette

Nicolette was my waitress at The Italian restaurant and I must say that she was very patient and helpful. Very polite and interactive. She explained the menu down to the T. I really enjoyed her service.

Great family get away!

The service from start to finish was excellent! Staff very polite and attentive to every need. We had a swim up room and kids were in heaven swimming from 7 am. Our butler’s Thornille and Richardo ensured we were well taken cared of. Definitely will be returning.

Fantastic place, amenities and out if this works service

We went for a Conference and was quite impressed by the physical attributes, the amenities, but most of all I was super impressed by the service. The standout fir me was Shannagay from Guest Services. She went above and beyond to ensure that we we had full knowledge and literally led through the different fun points that we can experience and follow to ensure she assist us with reservation, then follow up to find out if we had a good time. Shannagay is simply just awesome.

Jamaica princess grand sept 23-27

all the staff are super friendly, greeted at the entrance, got a drink and a cold cloth, and walked to our room.
Room is beautiful just as the pictures show. Fresh and clean. Very modern. Shower is hot with great water pressure. Enough towels (most hotels are skimpy these days), fridge has drinks beer, pop and water. Refilled everyday. Air conditioning works great. Quiet.
Beach is nice but if your a beach walker you will have to go elsewhere
Pool and ocean water is warm (remember Caribbean side)
Beautiful view
Food was fantastic they have everything and anything. I would be surprised if anyone complains about the food. More food than I’ve ever seen in my life.
So much room, so many chairs, so many pools. Please remember it’s not peak season.
Alcoholic drinks are actually alcohol not watered down have a rum punch yum yum
Secluded, private beach
The tv worked on the first day only

THE BEST RESORT EXPERIENCE!!!

My booking was made for the Swim Out Platinum Suit. The minute I arrived to the Hotel I was greeted with the most amazing service from the luggage handler who escorted me to the Platinum Club for Check-In. I don’t remember the name of the lady who assisted with Check-In but she was very courteous, knowledgeable and gave great advice/information on the what’s happenings not only at the Resort but in Negril proper. I was then greeted and wowweddd away by my personal butlers Kamal and Clay’on that gave me a personal tour of the entire resort. The photo below at pictures that we took outside on the veranda by the Plantinum Club. When I say I had no clue the level of service that was coming next out of these 2 as that was just the beginning. As we toured around I expressed to them that it was my Birthday 🎉 . They took immediate action into making sure I was out of my room where they properly adorned my room with 2 cakes a Beautiful setup on the bed, A Happy Birthday Welcome Message and Sang and Dance for me! I honestly booked the resort solely for my room which DID NOT disappoint as the Swim Out Platinum Suit was extremely Breathtaking, it was Clean, I had the option of 2 Jacuzzi Spa Tubs and that View…THE VIEWWW of the Swim Out was as if I woke up and fell asleep to a magical dream EVERYDAY of my Stay but the BUTLER SERVICE DID NOT DISAPPOINT, The Following Day I had Clay’on and then he welcomed Davel. These 3 made my stay even more amazing as Davel assisted me with an entire Photoshoot I would say lol he was patient and kind with me and constantly checking in on my needs…THESE GUYS STOLE THE SHOW with SERVICE. I have to also take the time to recognize Stephanese who was a server at the Buffet Restaurant where the food was delicious and ate there most of my stay. Stephanese was pleasant, always smiling and always checking in to make sure I was okay. Great Service Stephanese, Kamal, Clay’on and Davel!!!! Overall I have to say that the entire Resort is extremely beautiful, I wholeheartedly recommend Princess Grand Jamaica and if ever I am in Jamaica again I assure you I will be back!!!

Amazing Stay at the Princess Grand!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Princess Grand, and honestly, it was an incredible experience from start to finish!

Check-in:
We were greeted with cold towels, drinks and friendly smiles. We did the pre check in online, so the on site process very quickly and in a short space of time, we were getting our room key “bracelets” fitted on our wrists. With the bracelet key, we didn’t have to worry about forgetting, or having to find our room key, when leaving or returning to our room.

Room:
Our room was beautiful and super comfortable, and included a fully stocked free mini-bar. There was a lot of closet space for your clothes and bags, and a safe was provided. The best part by far was the swim-out pool! Having our own little infinity pool area, to relax in any time of day, felt so luxurious and we absolutely loved it.

Food:
The food was incredible. We dined at four of the on-site restaurants as well as the food trucks, and every meal was top-notch. Whether it was Jamaican, Italian, Mexican, or Asian cuisine, everything was full of flavor and beautifully presented. We also appreciated that the Jamaican food was authentic, spicy and not watered down as some resorts do. The 24 hour cafe was another highlight, and was perfect for late-night tea, coffee, ice cream, or a sweet treat after the evening shows.

Entertainment:
The nightly shows at the Moonlight Stage were one of the highlights of our stay. We actually planned our dinners early so we wouldn’t miss them! The performers, singers and dancers were all amazing, talented, energetic, and very entertaining. I especially enjoyed the finales, when each dancer got their own moment to shine, which was such a nice touch.

Staff & Service:
The staff were all extremely pleasant and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The photographers on-site were also a lovely touch. We got some beautiful pictures, and they were done so quickly and professionally.

Overall:
We had an unforgettable vacation at the Princess Grand. Between the amazing food, fun entertainment, and excellent service, everything exceeded our expectations. We’re already talking about going back. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Great vibe, improve the food!

Our girls trip was amazing! The only downside was that some of the food was a bit bland, and one of the specialty restaurant meals was poorly cooked. Other than that, we had a really nice time.
A special shoutout to Mathew (the bartender) from the sports bar. He kept the drinks flowing and the vibe just right. We will definitely be back!

Amazing family vacation

We traveled with our 2.5 year old and had the best time. Our daughter loved the water park and the kids club. Thank you Aria at Kids Club for making it so much fun for her. Also a special thanks to the best butlers in the world, Chris and Pierre. You guys made our time amazing. We would love to come back soon!

A Dreamy Mommy-and-Mini Getaway at The Princess Grand Jamaica

My five-year-old daughter (soon to be six!) and I just returned from the most magical stay at The Princess Grand Jamaica, and I can honestly say it was everything I hoped for and more.We stayed in the Platinum Suite with Butler Service, and it was pure perfection. The suite was spacious, elegant, and had every comfort imaginable. Our incredible butlers, Thornille and Richardo, made us feel like absolute royalty — attentive, kind, and always one step ahead of our needs. Their warmth and professionalism elevated the entire experience and truly made our stay unforgettable.My daughter’s favorite part of the trip was the Kids Club and Water Park — she was in heaven! The activities were fun, engaging, and run by staff who clearly love what they do. The beaches were breathtaking, and we spent so many relaxing hours enjoying the calm water and soft sand.We also treated ourselves to the Mommy & Me Spa Package, and it was such a special bonding experience — peaceful, rejuvenating, and beautifully done.

From start to finish, every detail of our stay felt intentional and full of heart. If you’re looking for a luxury resort that’s both family-friendly and deeply relaxing, this is the one. The Princess Grand Jamaica made us feel like queens and princesses — and we can’t wait to return!

Princess for the first time

Had a pretty good time here, the facilities were new and nice. The entertainment and food in particular exceeded expectations, Donald in entertainment was exceptional and he went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend!
