Amazing Service at Majestic Elegance!
Our butler, Karin, was absolutely phenomenal! He was so sweet, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Honestly, we didn’t even ask for much, but he still went above and beyond — arranging a bottle of Bacardi and wine for us, scheduling all of our dinner reservations seamlessly, and even decorating our friend’s room beautifully for her 40th birthday celebration.His attention to detail and genuine kindness made our stay unforgettable. Check in service is always so smooth, especially when in the club side. Our butler Osvaldy always provides the utmost service with a smile on his face every single day. Richard the butler is also fantastic.
The rooms are beautiful, spacious and strong AC. Maid service is also great.
The beach is beautiful and the adults only side is super relaxing with the best bartenders Jenny & Felix Thank you!! Pool boys Joel, William & Alejandro also super nice.
The food has downgraded a little but got better as the trip went by. The buffet needs a little more variety in the day & in the evening but the waiters are so nice shoutout to Yessica & Breylin.
Animation team was fantastic. Shoutout to Antonio, Tutti Fruitti, Anderson, Braulio, Luis, Mayelin, Estafanie & Michelle.
They work night and day to ensure a fantastic vacation for the guests.
My only note in regard to this department which I have made in the past is that this hotel plays a lot of English songs during the beach party which seems to bore clients. People come to the Dominican Republic to listen to Latino music, not the same things we hear at home.
I plan on returning once again and looking forward to making more memories.

Amazing experience at Majestic! Beautiful resort with great food and wonderful staff! All of the staff were very helpful and were easy to communicate with. They had lots of activities to keep people entertained; like painting, bingo and Zumba! Our butler Victor was especially helpful, he really enriched the experience and I truly believe that if it wasn’t for him, our trip would not have been as smooth or enjoyable! He helped us book excursions and reservations and would personally check in every day to make sure our stay was great!Thank you to everyone who assisted us with our trip!

Ask for Guzman!
We all had a great time. All the employees have a wonderful spunky attitude. We also had great communication with our butler. Id definitely recommend asking for Guzman. Id definitely go back. The beach area for our stay was also great its kept clean and there are many places to lay. They also put on great shows every night so you always have something to do.

A huge thank you to Francisca, Fenny, and Adelio at the pool bar — they were absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and relaxed every single day. Fenny, in particular, was incredibly kind and attentive. She took such great care of my wife, making and bringing her refreshing (and delicious!) cocktails while I was tied up with meetings in the room. That extra thoughtfulness made a world of difference and really showed the heart of the Majestic Elegance team.
The atmosphere at the hotel was brilliant, the service is top-notch, and the staff’s genuine warmth truly sets this place apart. Every detail — from the comfortable rooms to the attentive service — made our stay feel special and stress-free.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay here for 8 nights. Hotel was amazing, our butler Rafael was also amazing. Always checking in on us everyday seeing if we needed anything. The rooms are clean and spacious, we even had a slight view of the ocean, even though we booked a basic room category.
The staff truly made the trip. The crew at the main pool bar—Victor, Adelio, Martha, Salome, and J.D.—whipped up perfect cocktails every time, always tweaking them to exactly what we wanted. Super friendly and fast, even when the bar was packed.
The entertainment team deserves a huge shout-out. They kept things fun and active all day without ever feeling pushy. My husband, who normally just camps out at the bar, actually jumped into a swimming competition—and won a medal! 😂
Big thanks to Oliver, Anderson, and Cristina for the beach activities. The salsa and bachata dance classes were a blast, and the yoga and volleyball kept us moving. Oliver especially is a total standout—his energy is contagious. He turned those beach dance sessions into full-on “heat” workouts with killer playlists. I’m still streaming the songs he played back home.
All in all, an amazing stay. Already looking forward to coming back!

This was my sixth trip to the Dominican Republic overall, so I’ve seen a few resorts, but this one still has the absolute best food selection—especially the seafood. Fresh, varied, and way above the usual all-inclusive buffet game.The rooms are clean and spacious, we even had a slight view of the ocean, even though we booked a basic room category.

The colonial swim up bar. Leandro and his partner are fantastic. Very happy. Made sure we had our drinks and very fun. Get the swim out room on the colonial side you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful
The experience at the Majestic Elegance was wonderful and our butler Richard was amazing and got us everything we needed. The rooms were nice and spacious. The room was very clean and they did a great job cleaning the room each day. The towels were really nice and big. The area around was nice and had places to shop as well. There was nice music playing around the resort and by the pools and it was perfect and not too loud. The atmosphere, food and excellent service made the stay worth it.

I was happy with food quality and presentation. The restaurants we went were great. Luis Xavier at the buffet kept our water glasses full which was so appreciated after long days in the sun.
The resort is beautiful and very clean. We will be back!!

Wonderful week
We had a wonderful time from the moment stepped in to the moment we left. Richard was our butler and he took excellent care of us!! There were a couple of things I forgot to bring but Richard was quick to help. He also brought us special pillows which were super comfortable. This resort provides little touches that just help to make your stay so special.I was happy with food quality and presentation. The restaurants we went were great. Luis Xavier at the buffet kept our water glasses full which was so appreciated after long days in the sun.
The resort is beautiful and very clean. We will be back!!

We had a great stay at Majestic Elegance, we keep coming back to this resort as the property is beautiful and the service is excellent. Oblis was our butler and we can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond for our every need. He was responsive, kind, and truly cared about our happiness during our stay. I will be requesting his assistance on my next visit to this resort.

Wonderful Resort and Incredible Butler Experience!
We had another amazing stay! The resort is beautiful and the service was exceptional. Our butler Agapito made the trip unforgettable — always attentive, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. His personal touches and warm attitude truly made our vacation special. Maid service was good, didn't always get new hand towels but no biggy. Overall, food was delicious. This was my first trip that i wasn't tired of the szme food over and over (stayed 8 days). The vendors on the beach were annoying; too bad they are allowed. Thank you to the entire place including our concierge, Toriiobo!! Hope to return with my spouse.
Overall an amazing place to stay.
I was at the resort with a young friend. We managed to have a great time despite our age difference. There was something for us both. The staff were all amazing. The Italian restaurant with Jessica and all the guys was warm and welcoming. The bar tenders in the main entertainment area were great. Drinks were always very tasty. The entertainment group were so much fun, kind, caring and full of energy.
