The first of many visits there

I spent a fabulous week there! Everyone was kind and professional. You need to try their spa services! Xochitl’s massage was a divine an healing experience!

Even if you can’t get in the beach (because of the waves) it is still beautiful! The hotel’s wifi covered really well their beach section!

The food was divine! Lots to choose from, except for the breakfast (probably my only weak point, as I was looking for sausages, bacon, meat).

I strongly recommend and will for sure go again!

10/10 – Would Definitely Recommend and Book Again!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made our stay unforgettable. Yael was the first to greet us, helping us unload our bags and welcoming us with a refreshing drink. At the front desk, Alejandro and Ivette went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a room closer to family with an ocean view.

José Alexis and Ivan were outstanding bartenders—they knew exactly what drinks to make, even when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Our housekeeper, Ester, was so kind and accommodating, especially when some of our family members weren’t feeling well. Angelica and Xotichl, the massage therapists, have truly godly hands—highly recommend booking a session with them.

Donatello, the DJ, kept the energy alive with amazing music and was always open to requests. Andrea brought so much fun to karaoke night and really knew how to get people involved. Alondra led both water aerobics and dance classes with incredible energy and positivity, making them one of the highlights of our trip. Francisco and Oscar, two of the waiters, were among the most welcoming and helpful staff we encountered.

The entire team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, fun, and memorable. I cannot recommend this resort enough—we will definitely be booking another stay!

Good stay, lots of stairs, do not stock mini fridge

The hotel was smaller than i expected, but it was great. The staff was all very friendly. We stayed in the slow season September 2025. They do not stock the mini fridge.The main buffet was closed during the week but open on weekends. So basically there is only one restaurant because the ala carte was where you ate all meals. The food was good, but they have limited menus during the week. Chicken Tingas, Hickory burger, chicken or cheese quesadilla, crispy potato tacos, polenta pizza, and salads or soups. Breakfast was a set menu with about 6 selections. The big pool was closed the whole time we were there and that was a pool with the swim up bar. But the other main pool was on the other side so we you just needed to get out and get a drink, it's not that bad. Elevator was closed so we had to do the stairs if you have trouble with stairs be aware that it's alot of stairs. The adults only pool is on the roof of one of the building and is very small but nice and the swim bar was open. It was incredibly hot during the day so if you can venture out in the evening it would be better weather.
September 2025 there was major road construction and it was awful to leave the resort. Uber is easy and cheaper than taxi. Spanish speaking drivers so if you don't speak spanish have a translator app.

Amazing place

Alexis Pérez the Pool bartender has great customer service and I was very satisfied great drinks mix. And the location is very centric. No regrets at all.

Improvement needed on main entrees and dishes

The pool area is great. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. Something really important that would need improvement is the food. Vegetables and fruit were okay but main dishes were not good as expected. Drinks were cheap and also they need to serve better liquors. Since the price paid doesn't make sense.
