The hotel is located in the heart of Punta Cana, the most touristic area of the Dominican Republic, known for its great natural diversity and rich fishing waters. The  Bahia Principe Grand Turquesa is the ideal place to relax. It is surrounded by gardens filled with flowers, coconut palms, banana trees, and other native species.
The hotel is close to Playa Bavaro, the several pools are surrounded by beach umbrellas, and offer bar service, as well as four Jacuzzis. Sports and activities can be played in the gym our outdoors on the three tennis and paddle courts. The spa invites you to relax and enjoy the various treatments. Guests have access to the facilities and services of the  Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana and  Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro hotels (two lake style pools, 16 bars, and 11 specialty restaurants). The little ones have their own private paradise in the Grand Bahia Principe Turquesa, with their own swimming pool, and a mini club with various activities for boys and girls between ages 4-12. The hotel also offers a fantastic water park on-site. Parents can have peace of mind while they enjoy other activities, knowing that kids are entertained and in good hands being looked after by our professional staff. The new Baby station is an area equipped to provide convenience for the youngest ones, with diaper changing stations, microwaves, etc.

Love this resort

We had a wonderful time at the Bahia principe grand turquesa. The pool was refreshing, drinks were plentiful and the food was delicious. The staff was very helpful and kind. We can't wait to go back. We liked that it was a smaller less busy resort but had the option of visiting the other resorts.

Excellent stay

Just returned from a week stay at the Bahia Principe Turquesa. Overall a fantastic stay. Yes the hotel is getting dated and needs maintenance just like anything in life but it was not an issue for us. The buffet was plentiful and no one went hungry. There was always something to do. There were shows and live music everywhere. Will definitely return

Bait and switch, BEWARE

Beware. I made a reservation on their website directly in January of 2025. That reservation apparently got canceled by someone other than myself and I was not notified of the issue or cancelation. Showed up with my family from the US to check in and was told unfortunately the reservation was canceled somehow and that I had to pay MORE than double the rate I originally booked it for because that was the days rate when I checked in. It ruined my trip, rather than enjoying my vacation I was stranded with no other option than to pay their double rate. No willingness to work or talk with me, kept getting the run around from the manager. Should be illegal to do that, not like I had an option to just turn around and go home, completely unacceptable and I was 100% taken advantage of.
