Loved it here!

Absolutely loved it here, very clean facilities and pools. Staff were nothing short of amazing. Beach is breathtaking but waves make it difficult to swim in. My 3 year old loved it here. They have a ton of activities for them to do, get the swim out, it’s always worth it with kids. Would definitely recommend and go back!

Great resort, Great staff, Good Food!

I just returned from my first trip to Dreams Macao for my family's vacation and I was extremely happy with the experience. The resort has great amenities but more importantly the staff provides great customer service and are always looking to make everyday the most enjoyable day possible. From the checkin staff, to the waiters, to the bartenders everyone is great. One person that stood out above the rest was Moises (pool concierge). I traveled with my in-laws, wife and 3 very young kids and Moises made sure to make everyone's daily trip to the pool a 5-star experience. He was extremely attentive and went far-and-beyond to make our stay unforgettable. My kids still talk about their new friend Moises. I highly recommend the resort. The only con was the checkout process.

Beautiful place with beautiful people!

Very beautiful place to vacation and the food was great. Awesome place to take kids/teenagers/family, there is so much to do. I like the security on the beach, helped us feel safe. The ocean was pretty rough, probably the time of year. The staff were very attentive and always helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioning but they were quick to fix it. Domingo was our butler and he did everything he could to make our stay the best possible. I would like to recommend the spa, best one I have ever been to. I recommend Anyelina for a massage, absolutely amazing. I also recommend Yudeleka and Jeana at the spa as well. There were a few of us and they were all fantastic, and made us feel incredible and an amazing experience there. I would also like to mention our waiter many mornings, days, evenings, Julio Cespedes was just the best! He was always so excited to see us and really made an impression on us. Someone we will never forget. Another person I would like to mention is the lady who did our turndown service in the evening, her name is Romelis Camariata. She always had a smile on her face and made our room so comfy and cozy every night. She even told us that making our vacation the best was important from her heart. Another favorite destination for us and especially the kids was Coco Cafe. There was two ladies there every evening that we always looked forward to seeing. Kenia Luisa and Arlin Daniella were always happy to see us, especially my kids. It is so important when the staff connects with you and builds relationships as short as the time you are there, you feel like you’ve known them forever. Like we wanted to invite them over for dinner. Great people make the experience even better. I will never forget them and thier hospitality and impressions. I would like to go back and see them again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Treat yourself to Paradise!

Dreams Macao was the best pick for our girls trip. This was our first time and they certainly did not disappoint. The attention to detail, the well maintained property, the service level of the team, the meals, the fresh line in beverages alcoholic & non alcoholic ! Absolutely no complaints. They surpassed our expectations!!

Best Trip of My Life

Amazing Experience. Me and my wife got married on the beach there and every single person we encountered was a beautiful soul. Our Butler was Domingo, he was awesome. Others were Babyface, Diamon, Tairy, Johnny Bravo, Yocaima, Franchesca, and more names than we can remember!

Not my favorite all-inclusive in the DR

Ocean Front room was very nice, pool and beach was nice with a lot of activities at the pool. Food was below average except for Hibachi. We upgrade to Preferred and the preferred bar was very small, not a place you would hang out at, just stop by to get a drink. Enjoyed the surfing at Macoa beach though!

Lovely hotel

The hotel & grounds are beautiful!
The food/drink options are amazing! The a la carte restaurants were some of the best places I have eaten this year!
The majority of staff are super happy, friendly and genuinely intrested in making your stay the best! The entertainment team around the pool & beach are there own vibe and definitely bring the energy!

Great experience when traveling with a child.

This was an overall great experience especially for traveling with a toddler. Staff at the Explorer's Club was very friendly and attentive to my child. Rooms were clean. Restaurant food quality was good compared to most resort foods. Overall staff was very helpful and kind. Would recommend to others to visit.

Amazing stay at Dreams Macao

This resort is stunning, staff is super friendly and food was very good. We only spent 1 night here but definitely want to visit again the Entertainment was top notch the Latin show was the best I’ve seen in Punta Cana! On arrival we were upgraded to the Preferred Club ocean view room the views and room were amazing! Macao beach is so beautiful so was so happy to stay here! Ice Cream at Coco Cafe was very good! Thanks for a great stay!
