A great resort to enjoy family holidays

We had an amazing stay here. The team at this beautiful resort made us feel at home. The pool area was great with lot of activity all around the day. We also thoroughly enjoyed the specialty restaurants.

Big shout out to Boris and Crystal for ever smiling engagements. Jesus was the perfect host for the specialty restaurants, and always goes beyond to make everyone happy with local tips. Yuliana manages the resort very nicely from reservation management team. Thank you everyone for the memories.

Clean and friendly.

We are enjoying our staff. The staff are lovely and the food is great. It’s not too busy and always find space around the pool.
The hotel is very clean.
Unfortunately half the pool is closed for maintenance and we didn’t know about this prior to booking
Also, on the night we arrived, we were signed up for what we thought was a talk about trips. It turned about to be a hard sell with a tour operator to get you to sign up for a scheme.
It kind of spoilt the first couple of days and this shouldn’t be happening. The rooms they use for this are in a prime location but only used to get people to sign up to membership’s. Be careful and say no!

Not as good as would be expected

Been here for a couple of days. With a premium package. If you would be expecting some better service you can forget it. Even the basic service is not up to ratings.
So if you would like to have a premium service, choose another resort.
This serves only the basic customers

Great stay as always!

I spent the week of October 18-25 at the Reef Coco Beach. Ir is my 6th time. It is a smaller resort which I enjoy. The food is fresh and varied. The specialty restaurants are a must do. The proximity to 5th Avenue is a bonus. Also plenty of open beach for a long leisurely stroll. The employees are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay top notch. I want to do a shout-out to Paola and Rueben @ member services. Viktor @ valet and greeting. Francisco and Daniel @the specialty restaurants. Also Brenda, Zamora, Guillermo, and Edgar. Also Delia for always treating us like family!

Amazing very great staff.

Amazing experience !!! Krystell and Boris great staff!! Made us feel very welcome and gave us a great time in the pool. Everyone was super friendly and fun to hang out with.
