A Birthday to remember!

We planned a birthday trip for my wife between 10/30/2025 and 11/2. We had a wonderful time and the staff, both inside and out, were world class. Our pool servers "Nacho" and Carmela should be cloned! They treated us as though we were in their home and not their resort of employment. We truly felt at home during our entire time pool side. We hope to see them one day near our home in Tampa! Chris Utrea, our Marriott inside contact, routinely communicated with us through WhatsApp and kept us advised of various events, as well as, securing the best dinner reservations for seamless evenings! A special shout-out for Davinel and Armando at ZEN...made sure her birthday dinner was a special event to include a fantastic desert and world class service. The food at ZEN offered the best sushi we've ever consumed and the service was amazing! Additionally, Pedro and Paola, in the lobby bar, always remembered our names and our drinks of choice. Again, ever one we encountered made us feel at home and completely comfortable. There is no doubt intense training plays a part in this level of service, but the care and joy expressed delivering such...is from the heart! Great job to all the staff we engaged with an extra special recognition of everyone mentioned. We will be back (Arnold Schwarznegegger!!)

Zen restaurant

Chef Hugo was outstanding. Very funny and enthusiastic and an excellent chef. The entire experience at zen was outstanding. Excellent service and food.

An unforgettable holiday at the Royalton!

Just come back from a brilliant holiday at the Royalton Splash holiday.
The onsite water park was amazing, there was also a bowling alley and laser tag and activities provided by the Entrainment crew, which kept my son well entertained through out our stay.
The staff through out the hotel made my family feel welcome. The hotel was kept spot less and has been well maintained.
I have to give a huge thank you to our butler Rene, who made our stay extra special by taking care of every detail and catering to all our needs throughout our stay. Also I can not, not mention Roque who stepped into Rene's shoe on has days off and continued to provided us with fabulous services.
Also a special mention to Crystral and Georgina from the restaurants for the excellent service, they were always so friendly and full of smiles.
The Diamond pool staff - thank you! Especially Miguel and Palo who were fantastic, always on hand with drinks and laugher.
I'm sorry I can't name everyone that made this trip so special for me and my family, there were simply too many fabulous staff to mention! Thank you to all the staff that worked hard behind the scenes the hotel shine! Thanks for an unforgettable holiday. I can't wait to return.

A fun stay at an exciting resort with amazing staff

We had the best time at this resort. It’s huge, with tons to do for kids of all ages and very busy, but the staff still managed to make it feel like an intimate experience. We were in the Diamond Club and our butlers Daniel and Isaac gave such a fantastic level of service and were so kind to my son. The food was excellent at both the buffets and the restaurants. The evening entertainment was lots of fun too. The waterpark had some of the scariest slides we’d ever tried!

Wedding weekend

We had amazing experience. Me and my wife got married last week and the whole staff was amazing. Victor and Arturo were our butlers, which came with the Diamond club upgrade. They were incredible! Valeria was our wedding planner and she was amazing! Very attentive and nice. She kept our stress levels low during the whole process. Highly recommended!

Neon party in Royalton

A huge shoutout to Renee and her amazing team for making the neon party and the main pool concert such an epic experience! The atmosphere, music, and attention to detail were absolutely perfect. AMAZING TRIP TO CANCUN IN THE BEST RESORT EVER!!!

I had an incredible vacation at this all inclusive resort in Cancun. My family and I had so much fun and all the staff was amazing, the food was delicious and the room was always clean. Thank you so much. So may to thank for a lovely trip to Mitzely and Ivana for all fun and the energy at the Foam Party.

Beautiful Resort

We were at the Royalton Splash from Oct 24-31/25. We had an amazing holiday. The staff are top notch, Armondo in the Zen, Camilla at Chill Pool Bar,and our favourite at the Sports Bar Humberto. The sports bar was amazing, snacks and food so good. We are Canadian and of course we were cheering on our Blue Jays on, on numerous nights. There were so many servers I didn't get all their names, Superb!. We ate at the Zen Teppanyaki, Rio, and Hunters steakhouse all great food, but Hunters to us was the best. Never any issues booking on the app. Beach was great for walking, the water terrible from sargasem to just murky water, but I am a pool person anyways. The food everywhere was delicious, the buffet great for breakfast, not so good for lunch or dinner. The food trucks, sports bar, Grazia Pizzeria, Nibbles and Italian Restaurant for lunches were great. Rooms very nice, shower head amazing, we overlooked the Dreams, mangrove and part of the ocean. Building 11 was good, quiet, few times heard people at nite, but nothing over the top. The check in was our worst experience, upon arrival a few buses at a time, there were only 3 people working the desk. Took over 2 hrs to get checked in and that's not acceptable. After that we had a great holiday with friends. Drinks were hit and miss, but I never found anything I really didn't like. We didn't watch a lot of entertainment at night, but there was always something going on. If you are a white wine drinker ask for the Sauvignon blanc, they have it but tell you they only have chardonnay at some bars. I would definitely recommend this resort to people, especially with children. Beautiful, clean, lots of pools. Not a lot of shade which is a bit disappointing, towels always available. I probably won't go back as there are a lot of resorts I want to discover, but our time at the Royalton was fabulous.

Incredible service. Relaxing!

What a blast! Loved hanging out of the beach. The service was amazing. Jesus and Francisco brought smiles and drinks. Omar on the vibe team was incredible. I loved the volleyball on the beach! Thanks for everything. My friends and I will return.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever at the royalton splash in riviera maya cacun. The resort was nice looking that was only the good thing about this resort. The food was under cooked and not prepared well for sick from the foods the room service and the way people treat u there are very rude and ignorant, the resort is just a money making skeem nothing about the resort is good. Even the water slides at the resort are dangerous and not safe for adults or kids. Plus on top of that the drinks are super water down no matter if u get beer or pop wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone going there worst experience going to Mexico specially to this resort, wouldn’t go back if u paid me!

Relaxing and Therapeutic

Hydrotherapy Spa. Tammy was wonderful! Very relaxing steam, sauna and jetted water therapy. Great time here today. Welcoming!
