Diamond lounge help

Disappointing Service Overshadowed a Beautiful Hotel

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. It took hours just to check in, and the management staff showed little concern or urgency to resolve the issue. Their attitude was unhelpful and dismissive, setting the tone for the rest of the stay.

The food was extremely basic and not worth the price. Room service meals tasted like something heated in a microwave, and the drinks were clearly watered down. The butler service was also a complete waste of money — unresponsive and added no real value to the stay.

The only positive note was that the rooms themselves were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, the poor customer service and low-quality dining made it hard to enjoy what could have been a great experience.

Overall: Beautiful property, but terrible service and food. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until serious improvements are made.

Aquarius bar is the boom

best vacation ever

Julian and Markellno were the absolute best. They made my mom’s birthday better than i could imagine. We inviting them to thanks giving this year. Hanging out with them was better for my mental health than a visit to my psychiatrist. They deserve all the praise in the world because they made this trip memorable

Amazing

From the moment we walked in, the energy behind the bar was electric—thanks to the phenomenal trio: Julian, Jehneil, and Markeeno. These three didn’t just serve drinks; they served an experience. Can’t wait to come back to hang with them again. Zaria and brittany of the entertainment crew were so fun and made our stay sooo special. Antoneil kept us hydrated on the beach all day. Amazing Service!

My wife and I went here for our 1 year anniversary. As soon as we arrived at the resort we were treated with such hospitality making us feel right at home. We stayed in the Diamond Club Suite. Our butler Daniel was nothing short of the best. Always around when you need him, very responsive as well as punctual. With Daniel we did not have to worry about making reservations for the many on site restaurants as they were already taken care of by him. I would highly recommend booking Diamond Club and asking for Daniel to be your butler.

First time on Jamaica

My stay at this resort was amazing I loved everything about the trip especially my butler Daniel aka Dan the man he was the best butler we could ask for this trip was for my birthday & he did everything from the day we checked in until the day we left he also went out his way to surprise me with a bottle on my auctal birthday & he made sure to check on me when I left the resort for excursions & made sure that I returned in one piece & he even checked on me once my trip was over to make sure I made it to the states safely 100000/10 best butler on the resort I’ll will be requesting him when I revisit Jamaica

always know what I’m getting at Royalton!

ALL staff was out standing! Zaria from the Vibe Team did an excellent job keeping us informed of all actives. Our butlers Irman and Brian attended to all our needs great and small, couldn’t have asked for more attentive butlers. Rooms were cleaned daily. Loved the Aquarius Bar. That staff was attentive and entertaining.

Staff are all amazing

My stay at this hotel has been the best ever. The chills bar is the place to be the bar staff are very friendly and full of fun. My bartenders Calisa , Tariq and Devonie are great. My amazing server Calvinesha was a gem. Food was great we will definitely be back.
