Amazing, Fun, Variety

The food was amazing huge variety of restaurants and drinks my trip was amazing even had an amazing time playing sports led by workers named Henry, Diego, Jesus, Nelly and others each worker had great energy and the vibes were amazing!

Scorpio Season turn up friendly ♏️

I needed a good birthday trip after a rough year and rough break up. I don’t time at another resort before this one arrived on a Saturday and was greeted with fresh juice. The resort is a good mix of 25- 50 a bit of younger hip crowd. I got a junior presidential ocean view room with an AMAZING view. The beach is very beautiful and the pool is nice, they have activities everyday and take care of the property. I also got the diamond club which came with a butler and access to premium drinks , and1 free hydrotherapy session (which was on point ) I am fairly young 38 and a professional as well I enjoyed the mix of turn up and relaxation as well. The DJ’s could be a bit better because the space and facilities are there. The shows were awesome and the resort restaurants were good. My butler was AMAZING her name is SANDRA As a retired military professional I would always carry a notebook and she had that, she was very attentive and I had every single thing I needed . When I wanted to book a section for rooftop pool party she was on it, when I couldn’t get food service at the cabana she came and found me at the beach with the service. I would definitely return many times to relax or turn up . You definitely have those options. I stayed Nov 1-4. It’s a good bang for your buck. I’ve stayed more expensive resorts (Live Aqua) but the crowd was a little bit older for me . And the entertainment was lacking.

Paradise away from home

The resort itself is very beautiful. I enjoyed the views and the cleanliness. The food was also very good. We had two butler’s and they were amazing at ensuring our crew had a great time. Their names are Esteban and Arturo. The most kind and servicing people. I will say that if you’re a diamond club member we shouldn’t have to ask for the top booze because we paid for that. Besides that everything was amazing and I would recommend. They have great activities and entertainment. Lio was one of the activities guy and he was so personable and friendly.

Amazing Trip - Thanks to ARTURO!!!!

I stayed at the Royalton CHIC Cancun for my 40th birthday with 23 of my family and friends and cannot even begin to put into words how amazing the trip was. Our butler, Arturo, was THE highlight of the trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of at all times...from making reservations for us on and off the resort, to securing transportation...everything was PERFECT! His communication was incredible and he made everyone feel so special...now I just need to figure out how to get him to move to Washington DC! THANK YOU ARTURO...WE LOVE YOU!!!

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service and Relaxing Vibe

We had a very pleasant stay at the Royalton Chic Cancun. The resort is clean, modern, and well maintained, with a great atmosphere. Sandra, our butler, was exceptional — attentive, professional, and very attractive — she truly elevated our experience.

The Vespa and Steakhouse restaurants were both decent; food quality was good though not outstanding. A special mention goes to Gloria, who led wonderful Pilates and yoga classes — her energy and professionalism made each session a great start to the day.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to add more variety of evening activities and to create a more intimate, cozy ambiance in the third-floor table lounge area.

Overall, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff for their warm hospitality and attention to detail.

Best place ever!

Enjoyable but wouldn't necessarily return

The highlight of this establishment is for sure their wait staff & butler program. Sandra was OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing. She kept us informed, updated, and timely. She made
our reservations and was overall totally lovely. HIGHLY suggest upgrading to the diamond club. The beach was great- the beach staff outstanding. The beachside food and drink service was good- the beachside food along with the Mexican restaurant & breakfast buffet were the best food options. In addition to Sandra being totally wonderful, the rooms were beautiful and clean.

The common areas and restaurants were lack luster at best. The Italian restaurant, pizza window, and steakhouse are very bad. The steak options came out gray and uncooked. The floors in the lobby and upstairs are insanely slippery and when a hundred drunk people with sandy feet walk all over the place, they get dangerous.

Lastly, we witnessed a medical emergency & the resort response was absolutely unacceptable.

Unparalleled resort .

Royalton Chic Cancun Resort is truly an amazing destination! The rooms offer breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, making every moment feel like paradise. The staff are exceptionally friendly and courteous, always going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food is excellent — every meal was a delight. Seeing is believing — you have to experience this resort yourself to truly appreciate the outstanding quality and service it provides. Highly recommended!

100/10 experience

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! All of the workers were so kind and made sure we were well taken care of. Kuri was absolutely amazing!! He went above and beyond for us every day/night of our stay. I will be returning just to see him! The resort was very clean and always had something to do! The views were amazing, service was great, atmosphere was great, and rooms were so nice. I would highly recommend staying here!

Request Arturo as your Butler!

We paid for the diamond level with a presidential suite. Suite was large with a great bathroom. Although we didn't use our "butler" very much, it was good to know someone was standing by to assist with questions or restaurant/ cabana arrangements. I must say our primary butler Arturo and his counterpart Marisol made the entire stay amazing. In fact, everyone we encountered was well trained going above and beyond. Martin in La Hacienda restaurant made our dinner special. The only restaurants you need to eat at is La Hacienda, Munchies and Insomnia. Hunter, Vespa and Chopsticks was mediocre at best.

Royalton Arturo

Great getaway and we had Diamond Club and Arturo and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great stay. Food was excellent at La Hacienda for dinner and second was Chopstix. The others were okay and lacking quality. Insomnia coffee ship was a visit multiple times a day. Great coffee and snacks. The best was Arturo making a memorable difference. Great job.

Wow! Views views views… absolutely stunning. Amazing experience from the moment you walk in until the time you leave. The food is amazing, the drinks are perfect, the staff is very sweet and attentive. The resort is located in the best area with the most beautiful crystal clear beach. Don’t think it twice! Just book it and you won’t regret it. Thanks for such an amazing customer service. I will be back!

Great property, great experience

Great location, outstanding staff, first class Mexican fare! Arturo was our butler, and provided continuity on the excellence throughout!
Everything from the beach front service to the rooftop staff kept the experience absolutely memorable. The shows were top notch! We prefer quiet over crowds, and were able to find many areas on the property that catered to our needs without having to ask.

Fantastic Vacation

We had a fantastic time at the Royalton Chic. The atmosphere, food and drinks were all amazing. Our butler Sergio was very helpful, attentive and all around awesome. We would definitely recommend this resort.

Royalton Chic Cancun, the BEST Vacation!

We just returned from a trip to the Royalton Chic Resort. My husband and I traveled for a much needed vacation. The resort was perfect for us. It is very beautiful and clean, spotless rooms and common areas. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and pleasant. The Resort is luxurious but comfortable for us as this isn't typically our lifestyle and we didn't want to feel like fish out of water. Speaking of water, the beach is extraordinarily beautiful, and temperature was perfect. The day we arrived was the big fiesta for Dia de Muertos, and the food was 10/10. The buffet was incredible, and fun entertainment and traditional decor, and market vendors. It was a fun fiesta. There are many restaurants to choose from, Italian, Mexican, Asian, a Steak House, and a daily all day buffet, all inclusive. The food was very good in every restaurant. William in the buffet, Roberto in the Mexican restaurant, David at Vespa, and the Maitre D' at the Mexican restaurant made extra effort to enhance our meal experience. The beach staff...oh my! So fun! Jesus, Alexander, Diego, the Vibe Team, their job was to be fun and inclusive to get people to have a great time, and they were so fun and kind! We played beach volleyball, water volleyball, and corn hole and ping pong. And just watching the guys play was hilarious! And I had Spanish Language classes on the beach, one on one, and they were so kind and helpful. The beach area is served by wonderful staff, making sure you are comfortable. Cinthia, Romero, Miguel, Ava and another lady who I cannot recall her name, made sure we had food and drink and umbrella and towels. The service was not intrusive. We we able to relax. Kuri our waiter at Taboo was excellent, and took great care of us as we watched karaoke with a live band! As you can see, there is plenty to do for fun, or nothing at all if you desire. The swim up bar was super fun! The gift shop had nice choices at reasonable prices and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Our maid on the 5th floor kept our room spotless and was very sweet. From the minute you walk in with the door man and bell boy, the front desk staff, the beautiful spa staff, everyone was very helpful. This may sound like it was too good to be true, but it was wonderful. We walked about 10 minutes outside the gate to shops and traditional flea market, we felt safe and it was very fun. If you are wanting to party, yes you can. If you want to relax and watch the water and fun people, yes, you can. I hope to return to the Royalton Chic in Cancun soon, and as I left on our last day the desk clerk said with a smile, "we will be waiting for you".

Royalton chic honeymoon

We visited Royalton Chic Cancun for our honeymoon, and the cleanliness immediately stood out — everything was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. Service was consistently top-notch; every time I finished a drink, another was ready before I even had to ask.

We had the Diamond Club, which I highly recommend if you plan to enjoy the rooftop area — non-Diamond guests have to pay for drinks up there. Our butler, Sandra, was amazing. She handled all our reservations and even arranged a complimentary romantic dinner on the beach (a $200 USD value) to celebrate our honeymoon — just be sure to bring a photo of your marriage license.

The restaurants were solid, and the buffet was best when grabbing the freshly made items. Some of the food could have been better, but that’s to be expected with buffets. The pools and spa were exceptionally clean — the spa especially felt like something out of a movie.

Even though we didn’t stay up partying late, our room was quiet and well insulated, so we slept great. The location is excellent — right beside downtown, near Coco Bongo and several local shops. We even ventured out for a few authentic meals nearby, which was a nice touch. If you’re interested in visiting Isla Mujeres, it’s just a short taxi ride to the ferry terminal.

Overall, the value for the price was outstanding. The staff truly went above and beyond, making us feel like royalty the entire stay. Highly recommend it for couples, especially honeymooners.
