Amazing time here with family. Everything here amazing staff food service atmosphere and Maxican people so friendly. 💗

I & my husband and my family (sister in law) stay here 2 weeks all amazing. We have really enjoy & happy time. All staff here really friendly & nice service with amazing service mind. Evelyn & Jordan are amazing guy to play a lot of thing with us (pool exercise, Volleyball, play card and bingo here) my first time in my life to play poker. So both is my poker trainer lol 😆 😍 thank you them so much for everything.

Plus that every area are amazing. I got big peaceful, calm. Here has many wild amimals nice and frindly everything like in heaven

Birds, Iguana, geckos cuteeeee🥰

Foods ok some yummy some new and some strang for me but all enjoy and yummy 😋 I love cinnamon here

Plus I found many Maxican people here cute and friendly

I prefer to enjoy here let's go come to enjoy life here 💗💓💕🥰

Frankly on decline, AI limited options and cost cutting impacts service

FACILTY: OK but needs serious upkeep
FOOD: on the decline, All inclusive is now so limited it’s almost not worth it anymore. The breakfast buffet has only 1 “guiso” or dish plus the standard staples, endless ques to get eggs prepared, cheap foods even on the Sunday brunch.
Special mention to Casa46, the food was not good we left most of our limited- ordering dinner behind.
SERVICE: the old staff still is fantastic, but you can see they are overwhelmed.
It was a true nightmare to get food carts to move around - we had an 89 yr. Old family member on a walker and it was so frustrating to get a cart to support.
GUESTS: they have brought in buses full of government funded programs and it was bad - people on street clothes getting into pools and hot tub, hogging pool chairs and golf carts, it was no longer a pleasant vacation.

Excellent experience!

The food, facility and service were all fantastic. Alejandro in Kelly’s Took great care of us each night! While longing at the pool we highly recommend you set up in the area serviced by Julio Vargas! Not only was he very fun to talk to his dedication to us was unmatched!

Great stay at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay

Excellent service at the all the restaurants and bars. Exceptional service at Kelly’s bar and special dinners with Alejandro. Also, fantastic service poolside with Julio Vargas. These two went above and beyond.

Great time at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay!

We had a wonderful time at Emerald Bay, Mazatlan. The place is beautiful and all of the staff gave great service especially Francisco and his partner Jorge at the Bistro Restaurant. Anna the Bistro hostess was so friendly and welcoming. Jesus at the front desk was quick at checking us in and so helpful and knowledgeable. Kimberly our housekeeper always did a great job on our room. The swimming pools were wonderful and the service there was also. We'll be back.

Emerald bay hotel

Let me start with the bistro restaurant poor service , Kelly’s bar now closes at 11:00 and at Coreliles the Mexican theme night they had kids screaming all we wanted a nice calm dinner but some of the hotel staff went out there way to make feel better thanks to there hard work

Kind Front Desk employees

I am so impressed with Emerald Bays front desk! Santiago & Fernado were so helpful in our situation. I called on the Friday before pur supposed arrival as American Airlines canceled out Saturday flight. Santiago helped me calm down & assisted me in moving our reservation to Sunday & was able to keep us in our favorite room.
When we arrived seeing all these people in the lobby, he recognized us as 20 year owners & asked us if he could help us. YES. I assumed our room was taken , but it wasn't. We so appreciate these dedicated gentlemen.

A marvelous two weeks in Mazatlan, Mexico!

For the past 18 years, my husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed the generous and kind service rendered by every Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay employee we encounter and, more broadly, by restaurant and business owners throughout Mazatlan, Mexico. Our most recent two-week visit reinforced why we prioritize our time here each year. And, as in prior years, we felt safe, and exceedingly well taken care of by everyone and anyone we encountered.

For sleeping accommodations, pick one of three Pueblo Bonito-owned/managed properties (the employees are spectacular across the board): Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort (a perfect destination resort...lots of pools, and plenty of ocean views); Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan (newly refurbished rooms throughout, close to downtown, with the best beach you will find); Pueblo Bonito Vantage (an upscale, boutique 24-room, all-suites, hotel located just off of Plaza Machado).

For dining, I highly recommend: Casa 46, Hector's Bistro, Topolo, and Melville (located either on or very near Plaza Machado); Cilantro and Angelo's (located at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan); Kelly's Bar, the Sushi restaurant, and a signature poolside hamburger (all at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay).

If you are interested in shopping -- you MUST visit Palace Jewelers (Av. Gaviotas 401-D, Zona Dorada, 82110, Mazatlan). It is a beautiful store, with the finest jewelry you will find in Mazatlan. Owners Oliver and Yuli Alvarez, accompanied by Jorge Dominguez, are honest, kind, professional, and their customer service is impeccable. If you shop nowhere else, stop by Palace Jewelers.

May you too enjoy Mazatlan's signature fresh and delicious food, wonderful and warm customer service, beautiful weather and landscape, and the soul-satisfying deep restful sleep only made possible when one is truly on vacation.
