Awesome resort

Me and my family had a great time. The staff was amazing. They did the best to give us a great experience.

We had 2 butlers Enrique and Juan , since we had started class . They were a big help with any issues I had regarding the room or dinner reservations

I m definitely coming back next vacation

Great 10 day stay

Read a lot of reviews leading up to this holiday so was a little concerned….. I really shouldn’t have been, when we arrived the check in was quick and simple (we were Adult scene non star class) the room was a little damp as we had a swim up but took wardrobe hanging dehumidifiers which did the job and just kept the door shut and the air con on.

The staff are amazing here and I mean all the staff, bar, reception, poolside, restaurants literally all of them. The food was brilliant, highlight was Braza and Sutra

Adult side was good fun, beach is amazing

Only down side could do with better adult entertainment in the evenings and our swim up didn’t get the sun at all which was disappointing

But overall we had the best 10 days

Fernanda was the best and suggesting cocktails

Antonio was the best waiter (Sutra)

Great time

This was our second trip to planet Hollywood! Food was great! Beach is awesome! We stayed in adult scene star class swim out.

We noticed this time that the entertainment staff during the day was not as fun. We never found Spanish lessons at the star class pool or the adult pool all week! And the painting on the schedule is for entire resort is limited only for 20 people. Bring back your old entertainment staff- especially Moises sexy marshmallow! And bring back the dancers you had before! Nando is the only staff who has what it takes!!! It would be nice if there was more upbeat entertainment on adult side at night too!

Staff: Raul at star class check in was so sweet!!! Manuel the server at sunset strip was awesome-Marco adult pool bar is the best. Suzy our butler made our trip extra special! Nando in entertainment was nice.

We will be back! We had a great time!

Great value for the money - Would Go Back

Went there late October 2025, the adult-only lobby was kind of cramped (but great looking) but we were met with welcome cocktails so that kind of made up for it. The room was nice looking, there unfortunately was a moldy smell coming from the bathroom. The room did need renovation on that part but the rest of it was fine. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. No included liquor in the room kind of sucked but we knew that in advance and had bought some at the airport.

Food is great here.
We did the sushi restaurant, the indian, the brazilian, the italian and the catch restaurant (fish focused), the mexican and they were all great. Mexican is probably the worst one out of all of those but it was still alright.

Coffee in the adult lobby + cocktails were great. You can get any kind of espresso-based beverages.

We had breakfast every morning at the brazilian restaurant. It's a sit-down restaurant, not a buffet, the french toast, bacon and sausages were delicious. Coffee was great too.

The FUEL coffee place was great too, and the snacks over there were good in the middle afternoon when you didn't want to wait 30-40 minutes at the burger joint.

Activitiy wise:
Beach was pretty nice, I'm more of a pool guy but my girlfriend and I enjoyed reading there.

Night club was a blast, foam party was fun, we played a lot of pool volleyball, animator Nando did a great job of keeping us entertained every day.

The pool bar at the adult pool was also a lot of fun, people were very friendly and the two barmen (marco and salvador) were very nice and entertaining.

There was a lot of push for uspells which we didn't like, kinda stupid to make some pools STAR only but we had a great time at the pleb pool anyway.

Age wise it's more of a 35+ resorts, my girlfriend and I are 28 and 29 respectively so we would've liked meeting more people our own age but we made friends and had fun anyway!

Incredible Butler Service – Thank You Angel and Edwar!

My wife and I stayed at Planet Hollywood Cancun All Inclusive Resort from October 29 to November 5, and our experience was absolutely amazing thanks to our incredible butlers, Angel and Edwar.

From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was perfect. They were always attentive, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed, from dinner reservations and activity planning to small personal touches that made us feel truly taken care of.

Angel and Edwar made everything effortless. Whether it was setting up our room, organizing special surprises, or just checking in to make sure we were having a great time, their service was outstanding every single day. They truly made us feel like VIPs.

We’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, but the level of care and professionalism from Angel and Edwar really stood out. They made our trip relaxing, memorable, and stress-free from start to finish.

Yomelly and Jerry are the best!

Yomelly and Jerry were absolutely phenomenal in their service and attention to detail. Every aspect of my stay was unforgettable thanks to these gentlemen.

Yomelly was always on top of any reservations, accommodations and needs I had. Jerry was quick to help with any and all last minute requests.

I’ve stayed at many high/end resorts and have never experienced this level of genuine, consistent, and personalized care. You made me feel like the only guest on property.

Great Time in Cancun

Not recommended

26 out of a group of 50 got seriously ill dining at different venues on our third day. Check in was horrible, room was run down, tried to upgrade and was quoted an upgrade cost of more than the original room cost (usd 510 per day, on the website the difference was $20 per day). Food is awful and can make you violently ill. Great place if you want to sit in pool and drink.

10/10 great experience

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, Thonly, one of the managers is great. We managed to get here finally after a palace of a booking with Tui and the hotel have been great! Couldn’t recommend the hotel enough, the facilities are 10/10 and we’re having the best time!
