Amazing girls trip

We were 6 friends and have the beast time at Live Aqua Cancun. The food is very good, the silent party night and the karaoke was so much fun. We didn’t go to the night shows offered by the pool but all the people seemed to be having so much fun! The breakfast is truly the best, fresh hand made quesadillas, egg and omelette station and everything else you can imagine plus the amazing fresh fruit and smoothies prepares by Marcos. They are so so delicious… but Marcos is such a happy, polite and enthusiastic person that makes a whole experience. We were staying in a club room. Our dear Alex and Isaias went above and beyond to make sure we have the best time. They handled restaurant reservations, spa reservations and a birthday celebration. Always with a smile. It was a great experience overall.

Trip to Paradise!

We love Live Aqua!!! This was our fifth visit to the property and by far the best. We stayed in the "Tierra Suite" and was it was wonderful. Up on the fourth floor, we had the best view of the complex, easy to get around and it truly was a suite. We had two butlers, Arturo and Carlos, who assisted us during our stay. Arturo was magnificent, who provided top notch service and became our bff for the trip. Just to name a few other staff that provided excellent service: Miguel, at the pool, made sure we were taken care of each day and his service was awesome; Ricardo and Daniel at the Siete Restaurant were prompt and took care of us; Andras pool beverage service was amazing! Emily at the spa deserves a special shout out, she gave my wife the best massage she's ever had. Carlos at the Starbucks coffee bar was amazing each morning, greeting us with a big smile and great service. Those staff members were awesome, but not to say there were not many others that helped and provided great service each day. We're already planning our next trip and can't to get back to paradise.

Emily and Matt Poley stay at Live Aqua

While our vacation at Live Aqua was excellent, it was our concierge/butlers, Isaias and Alex, who truly helped foster a memorable experience.

They showed us the highest level of care and kindness during our stay, and made us genuinely feel welcomed.

Isaias and Alex, thank you so much for not only for your help, but also making my wife and me feel special each day. We are coming back to Live Aqua because of you!

Best Food, Pools, Beach, and Service Cancun Has To Offer

My wife and I decided to visit Cancun for our 15 year anniversary. After reading many reviews and watching lot of You Tube videos on the best places to stay, we ultimately decided to go to Live Aqua. Our 2 biggest reasons for selecting this resort was the reviews on the food and the pools/beach. We had been to Cancun a couple other times in our marriage, but Live Aqua set the bar higher. It was exactly what we read about and more.

First and foremost, the food is spectacular. If you are looking for good food throughout your stay, this is the place to stay. There were many different restaurants with all sorts of cuisines to choose from. The pools are large and spread out. There were pools that were quiet and some that were lively offering daily entertainment. Heiner, the swim-up bar manager, was able to make a custom spicy margarita that was made to order and fantastic. There were options to rent cabanas, but we found it relatively easy to wake up in the morning and find plenty of available seating and day beds that could be used at no charge. I'm no expert on the seaweed situation, but this beach had soft white sands and little to almost no seaweed. The water itself was somewhat rough, but was due to a storm that was East of us, which is out of there control. Despite the rough ocean conditions we still got in and enjoyed the turquoise blue waters.

When we booked our stay we also decided to upgrade to Aqua Class, which gave us some perks, including the Aqua Lounge, which was a great meet up point for our group each day. Guillermo I believe was the main bartender there and was very attentive and friendly every time we showed up. The Aqua Class upgrade also included butler service. We were assigned (2) butlers, Eladio and Maggie. I can't speak for the other butlers, but these two made our entire trip special. Both made it a point to come meet us at some point within 24 hours, as they alternated shifts. They helped make restaurant reservations, sent ice to the room as needed, sent daily activity list every morning, checked on us throughout the day, and mid way through our trip they surprised us and brought the staff out for a special Happy Anniversary picture with the staff. If you decide to stay here, see if you can request them upon arrival and check in at the Aqua Lounge. I assure you they won't disappoint.

Another great perk of this hotel is the proximity of the hotel to the downtown mall area. On a couple of occasions, we ventured off the property to explore the mall and found tons of great shopping and dining options within just a 5 minute walk.

I am not a You Tube vlogger and am certainly no expert, but if you are looking to visit Cancun, I would strongly suggest Live Aqua.

Sushi

Live Aqua was an absolute amazing experience! The customer service was phenomenal. Big shout outs to our butlers Maggie & Eladio! They were so informative and communicative. If we needed anything they were there to accommodate everything. Servers at the pool that were a must were: Maria, Francisco, Andres, Elizabeth and
If you’re looking for amazing energy and fun instructors Ricky Ricardo is your man, Naomi is an amazing archery guru and bracelet making expert. When it comes to awesome dining experience Alan (Flacco) at Azur, Senor Bubbles at the breakfast buffet Siete, and Carlos Gonzalez at the Sushi station was absolutely AMAZING!!!! The sushi was on point and Carols knew exactly what we wanted.

Best Cancún Stat

This place was a hidden gem. We have stayed at several hotels in Cancun and this one was the best one yet! Sand, Beach, Great Food and most importantly great service and entertainment, Cental location right across from the mall.

Carlos and Arturo our butlers went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taking care of. Ricky Ricardo was a great addition - very entertaining.

Highly recommend this place,
we will be back soon:)

Wonderful honeymoon experience

We had the most amazing honeymoon at Live Aqua Cancún! The food, atmosphere, and all the staff were incredible. It was so beautiful there and everyone was so nice. We went at a really cool time when we got to celebrate both Halloween and Dia de los Muertos there, which they went all out for. The event staff, especially Ricky, Ludin, Mariana, and Pablo made our trip so special with their amazing daily activities. It was only Pablo's first week working there when we came, but he jumped in and did an amazing job with the activities. They knew us very quickly and always went the extra mile. We will miss them and Live Aqua!

Best all inclusive I’ve ever been too!

The service was amazing! It exceeded our expectations at every level! We had wonderful butlers (Stephany and Ernesto), the waitstaff in every area were exceptional. I had a fantastic massage in the spa as well. The grounds and inside areas were beautifully maintained. I have had many all inclusive vacations and Live Aqua has been the best.

Best resort

Staying at Live Aqua was an incredible experience. It was our first time visiting, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The resort itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, offering a calm and luxurious atmosphere throughout. The food was consistently delicious—every meal hit the spot, with great variety and quality.

A huge highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from our butlers, Maggie and Eladio. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times. From checking in on us regularly to helping us find the best activities both inside and outside the resort, they made everything effortless. Their warmth and genuine care made us feel like family, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

The beach was stunning, with clear water and plenty of space to relax. We also loved the daytime entertainment—fun, engaging, and a great way to enjoy the energy of the resort.

Overall, Live Aqua delivered an amazing experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Phenomenal Staff, Great Food, Extremely Scenic. 5/5 Stars, Planning on Returning.

This was honestly such a fun time. I thought I'd stay and just lounge about in my room or at the pool, but there were a ton of different, fun activities to do. They had something for almost every hour of the day: archery, karaoke, bingo, lotteria, water aerobics, volleyball, and more. We also came during Halloween and Dia de Los Muertos so they had some special events for that. If none of those enticed you though, you could always just stay by the pool or by the beach. It's extremely picturesque to be here and every day felt like a blessing.

The food was also superb. It was really nice that they allowed for substitutions if needed and always asked if you had allergies. They were also willing to make accomodations for your meals if you found any issues while eating. Room service is 24/7 which is a godsend, though there always so much good food being served during the day. Conveniently, it's Live Aqua 's across from a shopping center in case you need anything!

Lastly, the staff was extremely friendly. Special shout-out to Daniel, Jhohnny, Eduardo, Naomi, Alan, Viri, Pablo, Ricky, Leon, and Ludin for their extra care, attention, and love! I highly recommend attending if you can and exploring all the different things they have available.

An Unforgettable Stay at Live Aqua Cancun – Truly 5 Stars! 🌴

From the moment we arrived, Live Aqua Cancun exceeded every expectation — not only for its luxury and beauty but for its genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

✨ Our butlers, Maggie and Eladio, were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, kind, and always a step ahead — checking in daily to make sure everything was perfect and making us feel right at home.

🍹 Crecensio, our bartender, was fantastic! Always smiling and full of good vibes, he greeted us with cocktails every time we stepped out of the elevator — truly making us feel like family. And let’s be clear: the drinks were not watered down — every cocktail was perfectly crafted and delicious!

🍳 Blanca at Siete made our mornings special, preparing made-to-order dishes that weren’t even on the buffet line. The breakfast buffet itself was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and full of options.

🌿 The food overall was outstanding. We especially loved Hidden Garden, where the flavors and presentation were next-level; and Azur, which was perfect for both lunch and dinner with a gorgeous ocean view. My absolute favorite dish was the ceviche — so fresh and perfectly seasoned! The seafood restaurant by the beach was another standout, and we also loved the ribs, burgers, and finger foods served throughout the day by the pool. Every bite was full of flavor and quality.

🏖️ Huge appreciation to Maria and Francisco, our beach and pool servers, who kept us perfectly relaxed and refreshed all day. Their timing and attention to detail were impeccable.

🏹 The resort has plenty of activities to choose from throughout the day and Naomi was an awesome host/instructor during our archery experience. She was patient, kind and made the experience a lot of fun! There was a bracelet making class that we considered taking, but would not be there for; Naomi made sure we didn’t leave without the bracelets, looking for us at the resort to give us some that she had made!

💫 A massive shout-out to the entire Live Aqua team — from the servers, bartenders, and restaurant staff to the butlers and housekeeping. Everyone works so hard to deliver a world-class experience with genuine smiles and warmth. The amount of work and dedication by the staff did not go unnoticed! Big kudos to Ricky Ricardo — the heartbeat of the resort! His high energy, humor, and positivity brought every activity to life — from aqua aerobics to the Día de los Muertos celebrations. I was celebrating my birthday, and Ricky went out of his way to make it truly special. His contagious spirit made every moment unforgettable.

Pricey but very modern hotel facilities

Pricey but very modern hotel. Adults only is a plus. Limited dinner capacity. MB is the best restaurant. Wait time 1 to 1.5 hours. Beach in front of the hotel very good. However, to the Riu and Westin hotels sides, the beach is not so good. Undertow is to be considered. Staff are welcoming, however on the pool side, they make life difficult with lounge chairs and umbrellas to get tips. No courtesy room was made available for check despite promises during checkin.
