Look forward to returning every year

We’ve been to this resort once or twice a year for the past several years, sometimes alone and at times with family. There’s usually a birthday to celebrate. This time was mine and there were balloons, chocolate, and champagne waiting in the room. All the staff and butlers are outstanding. This time we had David and Byliyoel. Both were highly attentive and were gracious with me practicing my Spanish. Every night during turn-down service they remembered to turn on the lavender aromatherapy. There’s a jacuzzi in the room and they offer to fill it with aromatherapy as well. Wait staff were top notch. My favorite thing about this resort is that while all-inclusive, no corners are cut with regards to the food and drinks. The food is delicious and the drinks are NOT watered down. The spa is absolutely perfect and I look forward to the daily hydrotherapy. Also had the deepest of deep tissue massages ever. There’s also daily yoga, water aerobics, and reformer Pilates as well as other fun activities. I look forward to returning every year.

Elevating your trip

10/10 as always. Great Spa, amazing time at the beach and the food is just out of this world. However, what makes this place so good is the staff.
My favorite place, the coffee shop, Kakau. Gabriella, Melisa, Alessandra, and Manuel are the best of the best.
Favorite restaurant, Bella. You must ask for Miguel and Luis. They will make your night memorable.
If you are looking for a place to relax, this is it.

An Unforgettable Stay with the Most Amazing Staff!

Our stay was excelente! The resort is beautiful and peaceful, but it’s the staff who made it truly special. Melissa (the cappuccino queen) and Manuel (the crepe master) made every evening at K’akau such a treat, and Alessandra and Gabriela were so kind and thoughtful, even surprising us with special desserts. Our butlers, Marco and Joel, kept our rooms perfect and handled every request right away. José at the pool always had our towels ready and remembered our favorite spot, and Miguel and Luis at Bella restaurant were so sweet and attentive. Keila and Jayro were fantastic with scheduling and great recommendations. Claudia did great with the yoga and pilates classes. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We left feeling completely relaxed and so grateful. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing trip!!

One of the most relaxing vacations I have been on. So many people went above and beyond our expectations!

Had the BEST time in the coffee shop with Melissa, Manuel, Gabriella, and Ali. They have become our friends over our stay here and made this trip a little more special.

Roger helped us out on the beach for our private dinner and he was outstanding!

Jose was the BEST at the pool, brining towels and waiting on us hand and foot! He is such a hard worker!

And our favorite restaurant was Bella. If you can get Miguel and Luis as your waiters, you will have a great time! They are so attentive and also hilarious!!

Lastly, Keila!!! She booked all of our massages and workout classes and made sure we were taken care of!

Everyone at Le Blanc has been so helpful and kind and We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful stay!

Great stay with girlfriends! Laid back atmosphere with wonderful, attentive staff. Loved the hydrotherapy at the spa included with our stay, and Eva was fabulous attendant. Property was beautiful and well maintained. Enjoyed all the food and coffee. Do yourself a favor and get a churro by the pool. Perfect for a mom’s getaway to relax and recharge.

Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful getaway

Peaceful, relaxing, serene. The best girls trip I’ve been on. Food & service were above and beyond. Pool side head and neck massage with Lacinda is a must! Daily hydrotherapy included is amazing. Staff is attentive and go above and beyond. As a 42 yr old mom of 4, this was the perfect getaway. I told my husband I feel like my stress had melted away. The aesthetics are beautiful and I cannot wait to return.

Truly magical

10 out of 10 Experience

Second time here and it was just as amazing if not better than the first trip. Rossy was our butler on the 5th floor and she was awesome! Very attentive and made sure we always had what we needed. Also, Israel at the pool bar was fantastic! He made us drinks all week long and they were amazing! Looking forward to coming back again

12/10 experience

Such an Amazing experience and Leblanc. There were fun activities like painting hats and violinist at the pool. Christian at Yama was amazing and funny! So knowledgeable and kind! I have a shell fish allergy and he was always making sure I was not at risk.
Pamela took our family photos and they were so good! She was so good and creative with our poses!
Edson makes the best Lemon Drop shots ever! He was so nice!

Fantastic trip

We had an amazing time! The service here was the best if any resort trips that we have done. Cannot recommend enough. The butler service was incredible and all you had to do was think about something and it appeared.

Awesome experience!

Overall great experience. LeBlanc never fails to impress. Great food. Great rooms with wonderful views. Great cleaning staff. Very welcoming. There are some staff that need a shout out for above and beyond service.
BLANC: Daniel, Magdalena, and Jessica. Always very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for us.
LUMIERE: Eziquel. He is a new waiter that is doing a great job.
LUNA POOL: Miguel made us the best drinks. Perfect spicy margarita
CAVO/LOBBY BAR: Ivan is a great bartender that was super friendly and made us seem special. Always made sure we were well taken care of.
BUTLERS: Antonio and Armondo made sure our stay was special and flawless.
From day one to our last day our experience was great!

A heavenly experience

I went with my mom as a mother daughter trip. I’ve stayed here multiple times and every time is as good as the last. The staff is exceptional. Jessica at the pool is always amazing and helps us find our spots. Daniella and Melissa at the coffee shop are so nice. Everyone treats you so kindly and makes sure you are without want! We worked out every day and the gym facility has everything you need and is always clean. The spa is heavenly. We did hydrotherapy almost every day which was so relaxing. The rooms are amazing and clean and modern and always smell amazing. The pool area is nice and has a swim up bar and amazing view of the beautiful ocean. The ocean is crystal clear and blue. It truly is a heavenly place!

Amazing birthday trip

Leblanc Cancun is 5 Stars +++ !!! Beautiful, perfect property with equally beautiful, happy people working here. Our butler, Rossy, took amazing care of us: Rossy, we can’t thank you enough. We also loved our daily coffee shop folks: Paolo & Francisco, they are the best! The Spa here is over the top exceptional as well.
Celebrated daughter’s 18th birthday- and this resort did not disappoint.

Great vacation if your looking for low-key to be totally pampered

Amazing resort, top notch service, at every restaurant, pool bar, lobby bar.

The butlers are right on top of everything, ready to make reservations for dinners, spa, any tours for you. They will even run a bath, bring champagne, unpack and pack your luggage. Laundry service goes out one day and back the next.

What you see online is exactly what the resort looks like.

Day of the Dead celebration

We had an amazing experience with the celebration of El Día de los Muertos at Le Blanc! The decorations, food, service, live music and costumes were all amazing. What a great time to visit and experience a little bit of Mexican culture!

Such a fun stay!!

What a trip! There’s something so wonderful about being served appetizers by a man in a suit while you’re in your swimsuit! I loved everything I ate — from tempura pizza to poolside gelato and churros. The rooms are pretty standard and a little tight if you have four people to a room. The water is beautiful, but the beach is quite busy with vendors, and you will get approached frequently. The drinks were delicious and very sober-friendly. We also did the included hydrotherapy treatment, which was such a fun experience! Just keep in mind that for couples, men and women are separated. The circuit was great — with face masks, hair mask pools, and saunas — and it ended with a relaxing scalp massage on a heated daybed!
