The rooms are very spacious and have closets and drawers you can store your close.There is a safe to store your personal item.Bathroom has standing shower and a tub which is convenient.
There is a kids club for kids ages 4-12 and a teen club for 13-17.
My daughter loves star camp and the manager Rebecca and her team take really great care of them.They are like a second parent while you’re on vacation.lol
I just love the team and how warm and nurturing they are with the kids.
Book this resort and if your kids are age appropriate take them to star camp.The ladies are awesome and would take really great care of your kids.

We have been visiting Iberostar Rosehall since 2021 and the politeness of the staff,the food,the whole ambiance of the resort is just beautiful.There are many choices in the buffet so if you don’t like something then you have many other options and there are tons of entertainment and a night club.The rooms are very spacious and have closets and drawers you can store your close.There is a safe to store your personal item.Bathroom has standing shower and a tub which is convenient.

We had a pre set quote and it was raised by $2000 upo arrival, we were gieven a $400 resort credit, told how to us it. Followed directions to the letter and upon check out was charged the $400 and held against out will on the property until we paid the $400. We wrote onthe invoicec we declined to pay and would ot sign. They signed a name on a copy of the receipt and submitted it to my credit card company. They committed fraud. It is hear breaking, this was our beloved place to travel to and stay.

Great location but issues with service
We went as a large family group for a big reunion. We were disappointed with the level of service. Despite it being an all inclusive there was an expectation that a tip would be paid for everything, including omelettes at breakfast. Service was slow and at times we were faced with outright rudeness.

Best Birthday stay @ Iberostar Selection Suite
Our experience was splendid. Birthday sell off...From the staff to the food to the ambiance. Big up to the housekeeper who ensure that our room was well kept room#4423; the bell man Dale; Obrian from frontdesk, Marcus the chef on beach side over by the waves; the host/server Kenisha over by the waves; and the server Donte. Butler Service is Great

Bell person Dale was extremely nice and helpful with my bags on September 27th.. The staff was pretty good, but the lack of communication was sooooo bad the whole time we was there. We kept getting wrong info from staff, they work there and didn't know simple questions...The lady who kept our room cleaned #4127 she did excellent... Should be ALot more stuff to do at the resort..didn't know bout the every hour shopping tour the resort had... didn't have an itinerary on what was going on there, the tv on wall all it had was exercise activities... didn't tell nothing else

Areas under construction, would check to see before booking it was loud and bothersome for the money paid
Construction on large areas of walkways and around small pool area, it loud and bothersome for wanting to be in paradise and peace and relaxation ,if had known all that was going on I would have never booked there. Also entertainment was better years age ,Where is Pineapple Kevin Hart Mickey Mouse, they used get everyone involved .Disappointed compared to years ago

Our concierge "Jovayne" greeted us with a great warm welcoming smile and gave us a great tour of the lobby and showed us to our suite.
Jovayne was very knowledgeable of all events on the resort.
He looked up and suggested many places to shop on the side of the island.
Jovayne made our trip memorable and exciting.
The resort was awesome,
my wife and I snorkeled the man made reef at 40 yards off shore and saw lots of sea life.

Amazing Experience
My experience at the Iberostar Selection Suits was nothing short of amazing. From check-in with front desk agent Shanice, to interacting with other workers who made a remarkable impression on me, Shanique from the Asian Restaurant was amazing. Oralando Hylton, was amazing in helping to plan our retreat and facilitating our requests. We look forward to coming back to Iberostar Selection.

Honeymoon was great at Iberostar
My stay at Iberostar rose hall Jamaica was excellent my wife and I are on our honeymoon we loved 🥰 it there the food the beach the staff everything was amazing,we will be back soon my concierge jerdine , shonyae ,Kerena and Rogina made the stay better , Jamaica is like a second home now.

OUR STAY AT IBEROSTAR
Lovely experience staying here, staff friendly and helpful, site beautiful, loads of amenities. We were escorted by the arrival hostess Shania to check in. Our concierge kerena was amazing she show us where the restaurants were located. Big shout out to shonyae, Jerdine and Rogina. We love it here.

Best hotel
My stay at the Ibero Star was amazing. The view from the room was amazing we could see the ocean. Thanks to Nadine our concierge she amazing. The food was great. Kerena from concierge was very helpful she show us around. I will definitely come back.

Family trip amazing
