Would love to stay longer!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hospitality was exceptional, from the bellman to the fish taco cooks, and the service in each restaurant and the buffet was impeccable. Thank you for making our experience so memorable. We will definitely be returning.

In general we had great service from the welcome at arrive by the bellman, Julian to the amazing omelette from the egg chef Miguel. The entertainment staff went the extra mile to ensure all had a fun time.

GREAT time at the Hilton in Cancun, Mexico
My family and I were here for a wedding/family vacation and we had an absolute blast. The hospitality at this hotel has been nothing but phenomenal. From front desk reception, to the bell boys, to the wait staff, the bartenders, etc. etc. we had a wonderful experience at Auma, the steakhouse restaurant. Our waiter Yvan Pool was absolutely excellent, very sweet, and provided amazing service. Thank you Yvan!

A nice trip
Fabulous stay and well looked after by our waiter Yuan Pool at the Auma Restaurant. Food was tasty and well presented. I would thoroughly recommend a trip here.

Great experience… again!!
Had a wonderful time! This is our second visit to the resort and it was just as wonderful (if not more so) this time around as it was the first. Thank you to the staff for their attention and care. Had a lovely time at Auma Restaurant with Yván Pool as a waiter. :)

Fantastic
Great experience. Our bellman Julian was so helpful and personable. Felipe was a fantastic server and recommended us a great dinner. Baldemar makes the best shots. And we had a great time celebrating Humberto’s birthday for him!

However so far the service seems to be sub par, last night in one of the restaurants we had to ask multiple times for water and from our waiter I believe in total we asked 5 times as the water came just after the main meal.
The waiter forgot what food was cooked and just put them down and said cut into it to find out.
Again this afternoon in a restaurant had to ask 3 times just for a drink and some how they kept forgetting.
There seems to be a lot of staff around, the hotel is pretty empty right now. And I’m often seeing groups of waiters just all huddled together in bars and restaurants all talking.
Had to ask for cutlery in the restaurant today and was pretty much given a look that is was such a chore to him.

Amazing first time experience with my family.
We had the most wonderful time at this hotel. Rooms, view, location, beach, swimming pools, halal food options, drinks. Everything was remarkable. And most importantly our children had a blast at the kids corner, the staff there (Dixie and other members) were super sweet, helpful, caring towards our kids, they truly enjoyed being there while we got to relax a bit. I would highly recommend this hotel to families with kids!

Great Vacation at Hilton All Inclusive
The Hilton Cancun is a beautiful hotel with some of the most helpful, friendly staff I have ever encountered! The food is absolutely delicious and the bartenders make wonderful drinks. The entertainment staff work hard to ensure guests have a fun experience while also providing a “chill pool” where the atmosphere is quieter. The fitness center is top notch with Rocko and Astorah leading classes throughout the day. They offer everything from Pilates to Cycle and TRX as well as a variety of aquatic classes. I highly recommend this all-inclusive resort!

Great first trip to Mexico!
The hotel is clean and modern with great facilities. The staff have been great with special mentions for Pedro at the north pool who never let our drinks run out, Belkys the hostess who was wonderful, seemed to be everywhere and always on duty and David the concierge who went above and beyond to resolve an issue quickly and efficiently. Would recommend and come again.
