Authentic flavors, amazing tacos, and super friendly staff. Best Mexican spot in town!
Fresh ingredients, delicious food, and great service. Highly recommend the guacamole

Great food and service at the Pueblito Lindo

OMG we ate tonight in the speciality Mexican restaurant- Pueblito Lindo and were blow away by how nice the food was and the friendliness of all the staff. Our waiter Nestar could not do enough. The service from Nestor was prompt and the food was nice and hot and very tasty. We certainly plan to come back and try other dishes from the menu or even repeat what we ate. Thanks all for a very relaxed and enjoyable evening.

Fantastic Family Holiday with Six Adults

Great choice of themed restaurants with excellent food and service. Buffet restaurants all really good so lots of choice. Bars and entertainment also good. Support from Davio (our concierge) really appreciated to smooth out all the minor problems.

Brilliant hotel

Writing this half way through the stay, but can’t fault a single thing so far. Great food in all restaurants be it the A La Carte or the 2 buffet restaurants. All other small coffee shops, ice cream shops and bars are brilliant also. Plenty of choice in all and everything is well attended to.
The staff make it so much more enjoyable, all very helpful and if they can’t help they find who can, a social mention to the best waiting staff we have had (and possibly ever had) is Ramon. Funny from the first time we met him and just went above and beyond with us and other tables around us.

Amazing experience at Carnal!

Fantastic food at Carnal! Best meal in Mexico! Saulo and service staff were amazing and the entertainment was top notch. The sea bass and deconstructed carrot cake are definitely the highlight. Wonderful experience!

Wonderful visit

Absolutely loved our visit here. Came for a wedding and the resort was amazing from start to finish. Food was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Loved it here. Cinco estrellas from me!!

Incredible

Amazing dinner and service - Cristino our server at Pueblito Lindo at The Grand Sirenis was outstanding: the food was delicious and the experience was exactly what we wanted.

Miguelina the manager was fantastic - a brilliant host and made sure the Resturant had a great atmosphere

Amazing authentic and friendly atmosphere

The dinner at Pueblito LINDO was the best a la carte experience we had so far at grand sirenis, the food and drinks were excellent, tasted very authentic, especially the shrimps tacos, ceviche and rib eye steak was cooked to perfection. Our waiter Francisco was super attentive and provided exceptional service. Would definitely come back for dinner.

Verry bad experience

The location is beautiful and the room is decent, with some wear and tear.

Unfortunetly, the really bad staff and service is making it the WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVER.

There’s construction right in front of our room and we have a toddler that needs to nap.

We spent 9h on calls with every person possible in this hotel to get a room change but we kept being dismissed. We finally spoke in person to the front desk and were met with the rudest surpervisor. His name is Octavio. Extremely rude. He told us that we just want a free upgrade to a more expensive room and didn’t offer any solution!

DO NOT WAISTE YOUR MONEY! Go somewhere else if you wanna enjoy your vacation. We regret coming here.

Amazing

Get the steak, u won’t regret it. The service was amazing and Rosa (our server) was absolutely phenomenal! Carnal and Butchers was solid, but this place was very good and efficient in every way. I totally suggest this as one of the best restaurants here. P.S. the shots were an amazing add on, and I can’t wait to come for more!

Great Resort!!

Been here 7 years ago! Lots of changes but we still love it this time around. Our server Dagoberto every morning for breakfast was excellent. He knew our order and never had to ask him for anything. Everyone was friendly and gave great service. We will be back sooner then later. 😊
