Very relaxing low key week!

We had a relaxing low key week in Cozumel. We celebrated our 20th anniversary and couldn't be happier with the service, rooms, food and spa treatments. Thank you Cozumel Palace for a great week!

Dive trip to Cozumel was a huge success!

We have come several times to Cozumel Palace. It is awesome! The service! The staff is incredible. They start to feel like family. From Emmanuel, the pool concierge, to Nataly, our waitress, they met our every need!

Cozumel Palace is wonderful!

Cozumel Palace is the best possible mix of warmth, hospitality, luxury and relaxation. From the moment you arrive to the very last as you board your departure vehicle, every interaction is welcoming and professional, without being stuffy or pretentious.
As a Celiac who loves to travel, Palace Resorts as a whole, has been great for variety and quality when it comes to providing me with Celiac safe meals and snacks, but here they went the extra mile. The chefs and kitchen and serving staff ensured plenty of delicious meals, never once making me feel bad for needing to request special food or accomodations for its special preparation.
The staff at the Cozumel Palace goes to extra lengths in every possible way to make guests feel welcome and cared for. The personalized attention we received during our trip made our stay even more special than we could have ever dreamed of! From having gluten free crepes mix brought in just for me, to making a special batch of an item not normally offered, just because we mentioned having a craving for it during a conversation with our server one day, all the way to the beautiful room decorations they added to help us celebrate our anniversary, I struggle to find the words to express so much gratitude toward the entire Cozumel Palace team.
The property doesn't have a beach front, but it does have a wonderful rocky outcropping in the back that drops off directly into the crystal clear, warm ocean waters Cozumel is known for. No need to worry about tracking sand into your room! It's perfect for snorkeling, scuba diving, paddleboarding, or just taking a swim in the ocean for fun!
All in all, Cozumel Palace is home away from home and will always hd a special place in our hearts thanks to their incredible staff!

We just needed a room for the night. I have not been to this property but we did go to the moon Palace in Jamaica. So we walked

The all-inclusive was a bonus! The restaurants were magnificent! We enjoyed the wagyu at the Chinese restaurant! definitely do it! Even though it was for one night it was wonderful 💯.

We love the Palace staff

We enjoyed staying at Cozumel Palace. Everything is good. The service is exceptional. From Reception, Vacation Planning to Recreation, Spa to Restaurants, Cafe to Room Service, the staff are very nice. I regret not writing down all their names to mention here. Victoria, Carmita, Jose and Jonathan from Momo; Izamar, Nataly from Bugambilias; Gabriel, Jesus, Elizabeth from Flamingos, Luis from Recreation. There are many others, they all provide excellent services.
If you like water sports, this is the place, we snorkeled, scuba dive, paddle board, kayak.
We highly recommend this resort.

Not a bad day in paradise!

Cozumel Palace was unbelievable! Staff was excellent, always trying to please and make our trip the best! The food at all the restaurants didn’t disappoint! Food was delicious! Housekeeping made sure our rooms were clean! Resort is very safe! It was nice to be able to see downtown Cozumel! People were very friendly! We had a loft suite which was fantastic! Would get the same suite again! Jairo was our poolside waiter and was fantastic! Jairo had a great personality and delivered delicious cocktails the whole week! We scuba diving while we were there! We did the discovery dive. Sugei helped us get signed up and made sure we had all the paperwork! She was brilliant and has much enthusiasm for her job! Fernando was our dive instructor! I’d highly recommend Fernando if you’re thinking about scuba diving! He made us feel calm in the water and we had a blast! No doubt we will come back and do our dive certifications with Fernando! We paid for a photographer to take pictures! She was awesome! Lots of great memories for the week! Can’t wait to go back!

Welcoming staff and Fun!

Me and my family went here on vacation and it was amazing. The staff made us feel so welcomed. I want to give a special thank to Emanuel for his amazing energy around the pool. Rodri pool bar tender and Javi lobby bar tender were always ready to give us our drinks and already had our drinks ready before we ordered. Victoria and Jesus in MOMOS restaurant made us laugh and suggested us amazing food. Jenny and the rest of the people in the Cafe made our coffee so delicious!!! Jenny is so sweet and nice. Gabriela also had our breakfast looking and tasting amazing. Morning severs in breakfast Henri and Miguel severed us with awesome energy. To the people who clean the rooms a big that you for always making our rooms feel so neat and welcoming. Eddie the wine connoisseur thank you for your recommendation.

We are very good desert we ordered lava cakes

Jesus, Jonathan, and Louise did an amazing job on our desserts in the Asian restaurant! Highly recommend going to this establishment!

The place to relax

I was looking for a relaxing getaway and found it at Cozumel Palace. A smaller resort than others in the Palace world, but just right for a peaceful Girls Trip. The staff and service offered is top notch and not lacking. Special shout out to our pool steward Emmanuel who went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. But everyone there was so nice and accommodating.
The pool was lovely. I snorkeled several times in the oceanfront of the resort. The spa service was great as well.
The restaurants were good, especially Flamingos grill, the Mexican restaurant, and the Italian restaurant.
There was entertainment every night, including live music bands, and a magic show that wasn't half bad.
The things I hope they improve on are the missing hydro therapy at the spa, and the missing hot tub at the pool.
I would definitely return to this location, again during the off-peak season, for a couples trip, or with girl friends when I'm in need of recharging.

Our family vacation

The rooms were cleaned every day. Can't beat the value for what we receive. ALL the employees no matter where we were, said hello while looking at us. ( with smiles). Service, especially Miguel & Sylvia at the breakfast buffet. Not to foget Fili, at breakfast. We only had him 1 day, but he was exceptional. Ivan at dinner is u forgettable. Also, Yanet at the spa, who massaged out a difficult muscle . I will always recommend palace resorts, that's how good our 2 stays have been so far. Looking forward to our next trip.

Small hotel that had everything you need & more

We were greeted by Vicente & Alex who checked us in & gave us a cold towel and a pretty flower. The resort had everything we could have possibly wanted, it was a short trip from the airport, there is snorkeling right off the pier & clean rooms and friendly staff.
Alan made sure our drinks were full when we sat poolside. There are two pools connecting with eachother. There is no beach access here but we never missed it.
The food was outstanding, with four restaurants on site & a breakfast/ lunch buffet. Miguel & Sylvia greeted us each morning at the breakfast buffet. Miguel made sure my husband had his favorite morning juice. If there is something you wanted and didnt see you just had to ask. At the four restaurants here. reservations are recommended in the busy season. Ivan treats you & calls you family, Laura made sure our steaks were cooked to perfection outside at Flamingos. There is a coffee, dessert & sandwich shop just inside the hotel lobby.
The spa offered a range of services. Narve provided a relaxing hotstone massage. The staff and quick walk to each restaurant or pool is whathat stood out most. Every single person we encountered was friendly, remembered our names. They reallt went out of their way to make our stay special. We stayed at a Palace resort last year and without question when Daniel & Jorge asked if we wanted to review our membership we jumped at the opportunity. There was no pushy sales, just a conversation about how to maximize our time staying at future Palace resorts.
Daniel recommended we take a boat trip to El Cielo. This is an experience my family will always remember. We got to snorkle in the open ocean, seeing starfish and relaxing in Caribbean sand bar. We saw a lot of different fish & even a few stingray. We hope to go back soon!
