Wedding horror

Needs to be All inclusive stop charging for towels and wash rags. My family did not like this day and the rooms did not like the staff they did not like the fact that everything was charged to us and that we paid a big fee to stay at the hotel disgusting service overall

Great stayed, but not the best

They need to update some areas in the hotel. You could tell the hotel was amazing at its time, but it has deteriorated over time. The service is great,and the food is very good. Internet is a MUST now at days in every room

Be live is the best.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Food is a good and the staffing is amazing. I'm definitely staying there again for my next trip.
They are very welcoming and make you feel special. I would recommend that place to all the people I know.

Be live wasn't LIVE OR ANY EXPERIENCE

Won't come here again even though I've been to boca chica before. The fact that they don't offer all inclusive doesn't make the resort worth the stay . The staff was great but definitely felt like a ghost town .

Hotel is a scam. Don’t be fooled by pictures.

This hotel is nothing like the one you see on the website. It is much older and appeared to be low maintenance. The front desk concierge team is extremely rude when asked simple questions. They even gave me the wrong room and did not apologize for giving me less than what I paid for as if I’m stupid to not realize! And the windows and screwed shut.

Disappointed

Reception staff need training on customer service. Sarcasm and mocking visitor is not courteous. There should be regulations that would not allow visitors to have karaoke night from their balcony with speakers for the entire hotel to hear from 7am to 11pm. This place needs a total renovation.
Hopefully it sell to someone that's willing to put in the effort it needs.

Excellent vacations

Excellent service! Hotel features are very cool. The staff is very corteous and friendly, sara segura was very friendly and helpful. The view to the beach is beautiful. I highly reccomend this hotel to anyone coming to Boca Chica Dominican Republic.

Family trip

Our experience was amazing. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Sara at reception was great and informative. Rudy the bellman and Héctor at the bar was great! We booked two rooms and loved the layout and decor of the rooms. The pools and beach area were great and the resort is located near restaurants at a walking distance. We will be back!

This place sucks. The employees at night are rude and stink. The place has potential if you hire new people. Especially the two dudes on nights behind the front desk. My room key kept deactivating itself.

Is not the same I did not like it

Is not what I spect did not like it at all so I will not come back , the service and the property are not the same , I only got breakfast before was all included and it was not like that , and it was all a mess in the reception

Excellent customer service

Edwin was very helpful and enjoy the food and hotel i really enjoyed the restaurant decor made me feel very relaxed all so love the beach that i was able to sand up and the water never touched my neck

beautiful view infront of the view

love the hotel! everything was great my room had a beautiful view thanks too sara segura and leydi 😍 they made sure we had the best view possible we had a beach view it was great to wake up in the morning with thos view in front. aside from the great room we had everything was nice and clean i am very picky when it comes to this stuff. we also had the pelicano restaurant right inside the hotel the view and the food was amazing. right next to it we also had neptuno restaurant i think it was the best the food, the view it was sooo relaxing to drink a coffee this morning woth the beach view i did not want to leave! i hope to be back soon before my vacation ends!

Amazing stay

I absolutely loved the experience I had at Be Live Experience Hamada Beach. The view from my room was nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Luis at the bar was very helpful, friendly, and made excellent drinks. I am very satisfied with my stay here and will be returning in the future.

Going on vacation in 2023, you expect more. Terrible hotel under construction and NO service. Impossible to get towels for beach, and on "beach" no service but lots of workers doing nothing. Best advice; go next door and njoy. Strange that owners can except this.

Wonderful resort

It was a great experience in the resort. Great view of the beach , great food and drinks. I wish I could remember her name but all staff were really friendly and kind. They accommodated us at every chance they could get. Great place! Everyone should come here !

I will never book this hotel again. This hotel is horrible. No service no entertainment. Rooms were horrible. Smell really bad like Moe got me sick. Two nights in a row with a bad migraine hit it smelling it all night. Floors were disgusting.

A total nightmare

I came here for the first time ever. I truly hate this hotel. The worse hotel I don’t recomend to anyone. When I got in they service poor the receptionist not good at all the room OMG the worse of the worse they smell straight like MOD and the toilet don’t event work. My bed was dirty and had weed all over the sheets and pillows. The worse it’s not event close to a 2.7 star hotel I swear if I could give them a 0 start I would have. I please don’t come to this hotel you will regret it. It’s not worth the price. DONT EVEN HAVE WI-FI N The tv never have a good signal either the worse people don’t make my mistake don’t think because in pictures look beautiful it’s beautiful because it’s not. It’s a true nightmare.. the room was so dirty it’s crazy sheets and all.
