Great service and location, limited Air Conditioning
The best part was the service and staff friendliness. Everyone was great. Food was limited, lunch buffet is very small. No air conditioning in bar areas or lobby. Only place for Air Conditioning was in the rooms and VIP buffet area. Would be nice to relax and cool off somewhere else besides the pool. Great location within walking distance to shops around the hotel.

FIRST CLUB #1
The location from my room to 1st club was FANTASTIC!! Angel, Eder and Andres always had drinks and food ready for us. They kept it clean and tidy as well. They remembered our special drinks and always had a smile even when I was being goofy. It was a great time and thoroughly relaxing! We booked VIA RCI AND was our 2nd time at this location.

Great Stay
We went for ten days and the rest of our family including three young grand children joined us for a week making ten in total.. We are First Club members and used the clubhouse, pool and private beach area extensively. The bar tenders and club representative Angel,Andres, Eder, Myrna and Diana did a great job! Even with the three little ones, we were taken care of wonderfully. Looking forward to our next stay!
