Vacation that I will definitely come back for!

My family, friends and I went to the Warwick resort for a week. The food was spectacular, entertainment was amazing, and staff were so friendly and fun! I couldn’t have had a better vacation and I will definitely be coming back to see BULLET and DR. DRE! They made the experience so much more amazing!!!

My overall experience

The pool being closed during our stay was a bummer but the excellent food and drinks made up for the experience. Kizzy the entertainer, Dj Payne and our server Ian made our stay even more memorable because they went above and beyond!

Best time in Bahamas!

Must say the Warwick is one of the top all inclusive hotels to stay in Bahamas! Had a really great time & also close to other hotels and beach.
P.s - if you go to the buffet IAN will definitely look out for you.

Amazing Resort to Celebrate Birthdays!!

We had the beautiful harbor view. As soon as you arrive, they ask if you want a drink while waiting to check in. The restaurants were great. The buffet was the best. Ten times better & bigger than anything in the states. The food was outstanding, plenty of fresh seafood. The pool was clean & beautiful. They had activties everyday. I really enjoyed the Paint &Sip. Plus, after activities, it basically turned into a club with seats, which was great. There a boat that will take you to Rose Island, to swim with the pigs. ( didn't participate expensive tourist trap) The pigs woyld come up to you on land for free. There is also a shuttle to the very beautiful Cabbage Beach. Where they have water activties. The shuttle was supposed to come every half hour from the beach to hotel. However, when the free shuttle never came back, I had to catch a cab. Also, beware of the downstairs giftshop. Two older ladies run it, late in the afternoon. I picked a t-shirt that was $11. 95, they decided to charge me double & not tell me. I was in a rush, so I didn't notice. I had no issues with the young woman that ran it in the mornings & early afternoon. My only two complaints. As for a complement, the rooms were very clean & kept that way. Chystal, our housekeeper, was a wonderful help to us, especially me since I have immune system issues & I told her. She cleaned so well the room felt sanitized & smelled great. Which eased my mind. Thank you Chystal!! This is a fantastic resort. Just book it you will enjoy it.

From Check-In to Checkout: Flawless Hospitality

We’ve just returned from a week-long stay and it was absolutely beautiful! We received a complimentary upgrade for my friend’s birthday but chose to pay extra for the Harbour Premium Balcony King—it was worth every penny.

Special thanks to Meagan at check-in, who was fantastic and helped us feel so welcome, Von the bellboy, who was polite and helpful throughout, Ian who made breakfast a joy, and Michelle Williams, our room assistant, who looked after us so well.

The adults-only setup is perfect—so peaceful and relaxing. The pool and Lagoon are stunning, the Italian restaurant was delicious, and overall dinner service, including the buffet, was outstanding.

A very special thanks also to Sharma, who kindly arranged a late checkout until 3pm for our night flight and even had the room prepared again so we could shower before leaving.

We travel often and are well-versed in luxury stays, so believe us when we say the hospitality here is truly 10/10. Highly recommended!

SPECTACULAR STAY!

I wish I had adequate enough words to express the joy and love and high energy that was felt on this property. From the moment we walked in, we were just welcomed with the most delicious cocktail and amazing staff. We were given very clear instructions on how to locate our room and the amenities on the property Upon walking into the room. I was greeted with a very lovely birthday welcome gift and that truly set an amazing tone for the rest of the week.

The room was perfect for two people. Fresh towels, fresh linens you can tell that the room was cleaned with care and detail.

All of the dinner services were spectacular from the attentiveness of the staff to the heartfelt conversations. It truly felt like family and a home.

I would truly recommend this property to anyone that is looking to escape children. Let’s be honest, and the weight of the world. Truly, paradise.

I must also mention some of the most incredible individuals who made this day extra extraordinary.

Great Vacation Getaway

Great drinks and vibes all around. Staff were very accommodating and professional, especially Tamara at the front desk & Alex in entertainment they’re the best! I’ll definitely be returning and I’d recommend this property again and again.

Very disappointing stay

We recently stayed here for our honeymoon and unfortunately, the experience was far below our expectations. The staff were generally unfriendly and only seemed to show warmth when given a tip, which was disappointing.

The food offered a wide selection, but the quality itself wasn’t great. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool, and to arrive and find it closed with no prior notice was a huge letdown. If we had known in advance, we would have changed our plans and shortened our stay in the Bahamas.

We had also hoped our honeymoon would be acknowledged in some way, especially as we’d seen reviews from other guests mentioning complimentary upgrades for birthdays. Instead, ours was ignored completely until we sent an email expressing our disappointment with both the pool closure and lack of recognition. Only then were we given a bottle of Prosecco and a complimentary late checkout. While this gesture was appreciated, it felt like an afterthought rather than genuine hospitality.

Adding to the frustration, management attempted to call us regarding the email but then left a five-minute voicemail essentially discussing our complaint as if it were a private internal conversation. This was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially given that it was directed to us.

Overall, this was not the honeymoon experience we had hoped for. A lack of communication, unfriendly service, and missed opportunities to make our stay special have left us disappointed, and we would not recommend this hotel to others looking for a memorable occasion.

Amazing first time visit to the Bahamas

First time to the Bahamas and it was amazing 😬
The hotel was amazing from the staff to food to the drinks.
We had a ball and we were lucky enough to go when they had their independence concert and it was fab.
The rooms were clean and my fridge was filled daily and the house keepers were lovely.
The reception staff could not do enough for you and freddie was also amazing.
The bar staff were so nice and the drinks were fab especially the frozen mango daiquiris 😬
The food was amazing especially the Italian and steak restaurant however the Japanese restaurant was not that nice.
The free pool table and games was great also the entertainment was great always something on.
Overall this is a great hotel and was a fabulous stay so thank you all 😬🙌🏼

Excellent solo trip

Had a wonderful time at the resort!!! Everything was perfect. The food was excellent , the atmosphere was top notch, and the staff were outstanding . I will definitely return , BULLET, really showed me great hospitality while there, with his kindness and willing to go above and beyond to make sure my stay was the best. I look forward to my return!!!!!!!!

A GREAT TIME WAS HAD!

Just returned from an amazing stay at the Warwick Hotel, Paradise Island! Although the main pool was closed during our visit, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and fully entertained, we didn’t miss the pool one bit!

Special shout out to Bullet for bringing the vibez and keeping the energy high the entire time. Truly made the experience unforgettable. 🙌🌴

Friendly Staff Great Food / Drink Selection

The staff are very friendly big thank you to Karen on reception who assisted us with an upgrade for my hubby special bday, shame we couldn’t experience the pool as it was closed, the lap pool got so busy there wasn’t much room at all.
The manmade beach / lagoon was good for snorkelling but once you had done it the fish remain the same due to being enclosed in a wired fence around

Would like to of heard more variety of music was geared more to the American clients and was quite loud too,

Food and drinks were of good quality serving good variety of branded

Bahamas is lovely but expensive be prepared to pay a lot for excursions

Wonderful resort with great staff

Wonderful experience at this resort.
Great food, great location and friendly, accommodating staff. I particularly like the relatively small size of the resort which allowed for full access to all amenities with no crowds or line ups.

The staff really makes this place quite special. A few stand outs were Debbie Neely who always provided a warm greeting and ensured that all was going well, Karen and Tamara at the front desk, and Ian in the dining room.

Awesome!

We had a wonderful experience. Ian was our server at the buffet and he was awesome!! He made sure we had everything we needed at our table. We first met him some 4 years ago and he’s even better now. Same smile, same glowing personality and hospitality. Warwick is winning big with Ian! We salute him! Thanks for making our experience a memorable one.

Decent Resort

I got here on Saturday Morning October 11 2025 on a early WestJet Flight out YYZ Toronto.I think this Hotel is a good option even with The $150 US Resort Fee.If you go to The Atlantis everything costs money e.g. I've heard they charge like $20🇺🇲 for a drink that's ridiculous it's like a bottle of water in a Las Vegas Strip Hotel.I like they Staff here everyone is chilled & friendly & will try to help you out in any possible way.The Food is good but I wasn't impressed with The Italian Ala Carte Meal I had on Monday Evening I thought it would be better.The Room I'm in is a comfortable size with a big Screen TV I think it's 59 inch plus a wee Mini Bar Fridge & digital safe for your valuables.There's a Main Swimming Pool & Small Beach with a Wooden Walk Way where I've seen some people do a bit of fishing with a rod.As far as I'm concerned it's a good deal.. comparable price wise to a Week in Honolulu Hawaii so roughly double the price of a similar Hotel in Cuba for 7 days.Would I stay here in the future or recommend this Resort to anyone? Yes i usually mainly visit Pacific Mexico because I live in The Vancouver BC 🇨🇦 Area so this is a distance if you're flying from The West Coast of Canada but hey it's all good!👌🏻🇧🇸

Honeymoon

Upon arrival I was scaremongered about the no smoking but there are plenty of available smoking areas.

The main pool being renovated for our full trip was a big shame and disheartening at first. The hotel knocked €100 off our resort fees as a goodwill gesture. However this also left a couple of the restaurants unavailable and the hot tubs feel out of bounds.

The private lagoon and beach and the lap pool made up for it though. Plenty of activities to do. The rum cay lobby bar either the junkaroo function room and hog bar outside always lively. Pool table, ping pong, jenga, connect four and table football meant that you were never stuck for anything to do.

The hotel failed to deliver my honeymoon package on check in however they endeavoured that it was completed by day 2 and I was very grateful. (Bottle of fizz, chocolate dipped strawberries, rose petals, led candles and towel origami)

Can’t fault the staff. From Debbie and the reception staff to Bullet (one of our faves!) and the entertainment team to Michael and Brendan (another favourite!) and the bar staff - everyone was so friendly and knew your names almost instantly.

Met some great couples from Uk and USA and even Paul from Liverpool (up the road from me!). Everyone could let their hair down and just be themselves.

Complimentary water and snacks provided each day in the rooms and the food service was running from like 7am breakfast to 1am late night snack with loads of choice.

Gift shop convienient and concierge handy to book free of charge on site restaurant reservations. Excursions available on site however I found these to be dearer than GetYourGuide.

On the whole, an amazing honeymoon with some people we’ll never forget - I feel like the Warwick doesn’t do itself justice, it had the potential to be 5star and it’s not far off it!

Exceptional Customer Service - Front Desk

I must commend Marvin from the front desk, who was simply amazing. I've checked into many hotels and have never experienced such professionalism, graciousness, and friendly attitude "so early in the morning". He is the very definition of outstanding customer service.
