Fabulous Vacation
It was truly Great! The beach is phenomenal, we were so grateful not to be packed like sardines on the beach, as the guests were at the resort next-door; food is fine, I appreciate when I don’t have to shop, cook and clean. Staff was exceptional! Flight diverted
Our plane was diverted to the Bahamas and we were put up in this hotel for two days.Its a 3 star hotel very average amenities but the location being on the beach is fantastic, the staff are excellent very professional and friendly. The hotel is very dated although there's work being carried out on the swimming pools, it really could do with a major refurbishment and it would be a real jem I would love to return again if this was done.

Breezes provided various fun activities all guests and varying ages.
The pools were beautiful with the continued motif; surrounded by the bar, beach grill, lifeguard, and pool house.
The beach area included a lifeguard, cabanas and hammock huts.
Breezes also offers several restaurants and buffet. The staff were always nice and helpful. The concierge service were very helpful setting up tours and outside activities.
I wish there were other transportation options. The public bus it doesn't seem has a regular schedule. It is very expensive to hire a taxi to travel around. If you feel adventurous take a walk to where you'd like to go. We enjoyed a nice walk to the city/ town. The walk was nice and relaxing. We enjoyed to small parks and friendly islanders. We really enjoyed our stay. I could go on and on about everything. We exploded ever corner that was available and love it all!
Breezes Bahamas Stay
From the moment I stepped into the lobby I was in love with the motif on the floors and walls! The rooms are nice and clean. Housekeeping were so thorough they even managed to strengthen and organize my personal items for me.Breezes provided various fun activities all guests and varying ages.

Beach, water, staff and weather were fantastic! The hotel itself could use freshening up. Swim up bar & pool were a lil rough too. We went with friends as our cruise excursion & still had a great day! :)

Breezes Sun Fun
Overall it was decent. Seemed very vacant and not a lot of actual people staying at the resort. Most people I saw were there with day passes wrist bands. The hot dog was good and the conch fritters were ok. I didn't really taste and conch to really review it thoroughly. I got bits of it. Tasted like a well season hush. Overall sun was shining and the people and staff were decent.

The hotel has exclusive beach side access and it often feels like a private beach. The pool facilitates are great, even the heated spa for an evening dip.
The staff were truly amazing. We made many friends with the entertainment team, Audreka, D’von, Mary, Shakeera and Gino. They were incredibly entertaining and went above and beyond for guests.
During our stay we had an elderly relative stay with us and the staff were extremely attentive in welcoming her, opening doors, carefully assisting her into taxis and looking out for her generally. I think this is what really distinguishes Breezes. You won’t find a more welcoming, friendly, approachable group of people who make the effort to know you and ensure your stay is perfect.
The food was varied, fresh and plentiful. There was a variety of choices for those looking for healthier options too. I particularly enjoyed making a fresh waffle in the morning and eating a variety of local fruits. You would never wait long to be served drinks while eating and the serving staff were really professional and attentive.
This hotel really feels set in the Caribbean. It hasn’t got the glossy, almost cold, finishes some of the other hotels would have. It feels like you’re in the Caribbean with local art and a “homey” feel. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to unwind, relax, enjoy the beach and the slower pace of the Bahamas.

Ahkeem and Breezes Resort and Spa
Our trip was exceptional. Hotel accommodation, food, entertainment and outdoor activies were impressive. We met a nice young worker named Ahkeem whom we met on arrival . He was pleasant, courteous, polite, astute and a professional young gentleman who went over and beyond the call of duty to make our stay a most memorable and enjoyable one. Hats off to Ahkeem.

Niner!!!
We had an amazing time at Breezes! The rooms were very clean. We addressed a couple issues with our room, and the problems were addressed immediately. It was off and on rain which is expected this time of year, but we were still entertained due to the wonderful staff. We’re going to miss ole Geno and Shakeyra and their poolside games where us Americans dominated, of course! 🤣 the food staff was wonderful as well, and there was something about seeing Ms. Margarita’s smile every day! There is a very close bus stop that took us into downtown Nassau for like $3 bucks (taxis are pretty expensive but we did choose to go that route for airport transport). We walked over to the very close nextdoor neighbor resort Baja Mar, and I wanted to come straight back to the vibes at Breezes where everything felt more relaxed. We had WAY more beach space than them as well. We will be back, and until then, we’ll be daydreaming about our good times down here when we’re back home in reality!

So perfect then…….. not!!!!
If a peaceful relaxing stay is what you are after, then avoid this resort. The daytime pool-side entertainment consists of loud amplified music being played pretty much all day long. It is impossible to escape the noise as it encompasses the entire pool area and gardens, and cannot be escaped even on the beach. We had to leave our outdoor lunch table to move inside to the restaurant as the music volume was so extreme. Whilst eating inside the restaurant, the music was an issue every time the doors opened.
We love our music and would welcome it being played throughout the day as background entertainment, but this is just way too loud. It is completely unnecessary, and not at all what is expected at a location like this……… more like Benidorm for teenagers!!!

My 3rd time here. Always a good experience. Can't wait for next time!
Very quiet this time of year. Resort is old but very clean. Food was good, Buffet had a very good assortment and desserts were awesome. Dining room is very elegant. Drinks were always flowing. Staff went out of their way to make us happy. Entertainment staff always had games & music going. Special shout out to to Geno for always playing the games with me and Darvin for always having my chairs ready for me by the pool!! My 3rd time here. Can't wait to come back!

Food is amazing....
All the staff were very friendly and approachable and professional...never had any issues ..
Only thing is the water from the shower the pressure was not strong 😞..minor issue lol..
