Great stay

Great place
It is a very nice place. It is out of the way so it you want to go somewhere you will need to use uber or schedule a shuttle. It is a little expensive. It has everything you really need. The food is good. A nice pool. Rooms are spacious. A beach close by. There are tour people at the hotel or on the beach it want to do a tour. The one on the beach and at Cocoa Beach are cheaper than the hotel one.

Pros: Views and Service
It was okay - Wouldn't go back
Cons: Everything was hills and stairs, beverages were watery, rooms need update, activities were lacking. Food lacked flavor, color, and was always cold, plus eggs and pasta always had water in them...what is that about? Reservations to restaurants could only be done 1x every 3 days. The one reservation I went to was super salty. Round tip transportation was not actually round trip and they wanted me to pay double.Pros: Views and Service

Great option we will be back
Pretty place, nice beach, nice staff. Some check in understaffing issue when we got here, but overall easy stay with nice staff. Get the Premium food "First Club" you are treated better and the other bars only have well drinks. Pools are nice. Upper pool plays loud music all the time- not at all relaxing. Italian restaurant the best we had- but you only get buffet except 1 for every 3 night stay. So- 2 nice menu dinners and the rest buffet if you go for one week. Place is clean and enjoyable. We plan to come back. One of RCIs best offerings around here. Music in lobby area most nights. Disco most nights too but we did not go in. It was not too busy at 10pm but maybe it picks up later. Nice mix of Latin Americans and gringos from Canada and US. Staff makes an effort to know and use English. We were in Building 1 and there is a lot of pool music noise and even late night lobby music noise, which was OK but if you don't want that get a room further away from teh pool.

Relaxation in paradise
Beautiful enjoyable and relaxing resort. Highly recommend the Premium/ First Club. The lounge is a great place to relax after a day the beach or pool. The bartenders are friendly and make great drinks. Olman, Kathi’s and Milagros have been awesome.
