The Teens Club at the Hilton La Romana allows teenagers ages 13-17 to cut loose and really have the time of their lives. Good property w/a beautiful beach

Beautiful property, most of the staff was super friendly. Jose at the preferred pool and Ameryah at the infinity pool were awesome! Big Louie was just the best and so great with our group! Food was good, not great, with the exception of teppanyaki at Sakura-so good we went back twice! The entertainment team tried hard to engage folks. Overall, we would go back.

Great stay!

Third time visiting the resort, last visit was 10 years ago.

The resort is currently going through renovations but the staff and management handled it well. The grounds, pools and beach are lovely, very well maintained. Food was pretty good, family buffet not great due to being in the conference room which made upgrading to preferred club a smart move as the Ocean Grill was a better option for breakfast.

Too many staff members to remember but a special shout out to Nairobi (preferred club manager) who was super helpful before and during our stay.

Lastly, A MASSIVE THANK YOU to Victor Val our butler. He was always at hand if we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Super nice guy, great with the kids! Also got us out of a hole when our cab company let us down at the last minute, if it was wasn’t for Victor we would have missed our flight! Thank you son much Victor Val, see you next year!!!

Good hotel

Good hotel with friendly staff who were always welcoming. We had issues with both of our rooms, so the lady in concierge gave us a free cabana for the day, which we enjoyed. She also gave us 3 complimentary days for the preferred club, which was very nice of her, but I do feel would not have been worth the money. I would like to compliment that lady in concierge team, Jeanniela Sontana. She was such a lovely lady, always friendly and welcoming, and ready to help. Thank you

Fantastic hotel and holiday!

Visited as a family and have had the most incredible time! Hotel is fantastic, right on the most beach. Facilities are excellent and a great choice of food. Preferred was a bonus as the breakfast grill and preferred pool were our favourites. Water park, spa and gym were a great addition too!
The whole kids entertainment team were excellent and the kids loved the flexibility to go in and out, dipping into the activities they liked. All the teams were so friendly, everyone would always say hello as they passed with a smile. Special thanks to Bienuenida, Jeicy, Nicol and the team. We will be back!

Family Friendly!

Jeicy, Bienvenida and Nicole made our trip so special! My almost 2 year old loved dancing with them. They made us feel welcome and came up with activities even when it was raining :) They even made my daughter a bracelet and she cherishes it!

Jeicy and bienvenida and nicol are the best! They are great and are loving with the kids! Kids club is very good!! The atvs are incredible for the kids. We love the fish feeding and the face paint is best I’ve ever had

Relaxing holiday at Dreams La Romana

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday at Dreams La Romana. Special thanks go to Yuliana from the Fun Team and Diomedy from the Service — both are lovely, welcoming people. Yuliana's yoga class was a great way to start the morning. Diomedy knew our favorite drinks by heart and always had a smile on her face. The only thing missing was an opportunity for adults to dance in the evening. That would have made the vacation perfect.

Cold Food

Temporary Buffet restaurant food was cold and conference room had problems with flies. You have to pay to be a Privilage guest for better seating on beach and around bars can be expensive should be same for everyone. Will not be returning to this resort ever😡

The Tres Hermanas Coffee Shop at Dreams La Romana is una maravilla total! Every morning we stopped by for our favorites — the chocolate frappuccinos, the toasted sandwiches, and of course the amazing coffee ☕ — todo delicioso y siempre servido con una sonrisa.

The wonderful team — Marileydi, Frances, Verónica, Rosa y Kenia — made us feel como en casa. Their warmth, kindness, and alegría made every visit special. ¡El servicio fue excelente todos los días!

La Romana - Oct 25

We booked a 10 day holiday during which we attended a family wedding. We were warned about the hotel works which did not affect our stay fully but we did not see the hotel at its best. Room quality was good and included bottled water, soft drinks in the mini bar fridge and good quality toliletries in the bathroom. Maid sevice was good. We stayed on the family side but had access to the adult side as we were a couple. We experienced most of the on site restaurants and the menus were good, however whether its just us, we did not feel the food was hot enough. The family pool area was good. There are "Privileged" areas available at extra cost which include Pools and Beaches. The main beach was very nice and safe with plenty of sunbeds (not much shade). We unfortunately experienced some wet weather and this hotel like many is not geared up for people needing to be inside with limited lounge seating. The staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean. The drinks and cocktails offered are very nice. There are live shows offered in the open theatre most nights.
Apart form the buffet, there are beach grills offering nice basic eat on your lap dishes and fruit availble every morning on the beach.

Domirca M., Bergica M., and Emilia R. at Dreams La Romana are fantabulous. They are kind, professional and kickass.

I love Dreams La Romana - the ladies taking care of me knocked it out of the ballpark. They should be in the MLB. Fantastic!!!
