We had such a fun time. Antonio and Brisa were our guides and they were fun and hilarious. They made sure we're always safe and answered any questions we had. They were great!

Heavenly!

Loved it here! All inclusive Paradise. The staff is amazing! Patty, server down in the pool area, is above and beyond!!! I would recommend this place to all.

All staff were very professional, kind, and attentive.

Loved it! Very nice slice of heaven in PVR! The staff were professional and attentive. Always asked permission before coming into the room for room service. The wedding was beautiful and the food was amazing the entire trip.

So much fun, all in one place!

What a fantastic resort! We went for a conference with Parts Authority and had an amazing time. We were never hungry or thirsty! So much to do without leaving the property! Activities we enjoyed were: on-site Zip line and obstacle course; kayaking in the ocean; cabana pool-size; water slides for adults and children; lounging in the warm pools; making friends in the swim-up bar while the DJ played; specialty brunches and events; fire show; amazing tacos and salsa; room service; plunge pool on our balcony; hydrotherapy and couples massage; late-night dancing at the speakeasy; and very cheerful staff!

Not recommending for family, friends, or foes!

Would not recommend this resort! I was very dissapointed in the taking of my Lysol. Who knows what else could have been taking from my room or others and they do not realize it.

I Do Not recommend this Hotel.

Some parts of the hotel are beautiful, but others are definitely not. I’ve been to Los Cabos and Cancun many times and have stayed in several Dreams resorts before, but this was my first time in Puerto Vallarta. Unfortunately, the quality and standards here do not compare to those in Cancun or Los Cabos.

The Secrets side of the resort was clearly much nicer than the Dreams side. Since I was traveling with a child, I wasn’t allowed in the Secrets area, which is understandable, but it was disappointing that all the entertainment, music, and fun activities were there. On the Dreams side, there was absolutely no entertainment — we could hear the music and laughter coming from the other side, but had nothing similar on ours.

There were almost no activities for kids. My child doesn’t enjoy being stuck in the kids’ club and preferred to stay with us, but there was nothing to do besides the pool and slides. The area with the slides and water park was very dirty — the lounge chairs were filthy and covered with mold. The only clean seating areas were the cabanas you had to pay extra for.

The hotel also lacked excursion options. The only ones offered were fishing, zip-lining, horseback riding, or golf — not much variety for families. Honestly, I couldn’t wait to get back home. This trip was more tiring than relaxing. The amount of walking required each day was exhausting — our room was extremely far from everything. To reach the buffet, pool, or beach, we had to take several elevators and stairs and still walk quite a distance.

By the end of the trip, I came home more tired than when I left. This resort would be very difficult for someone with mobility issues or a handicap. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. It simply does not meet the quality or standards of other Dreams resorts I’ve experienced. I do not recommend it.

A Dream Wedding Come True at DREAMS BAHIA MITA

From the moment we arrived at Dreams Bahia Mita, we knew we had chosen the perfect place to celebrate the most important day of our lives. This resort exceeded every single one of our expectations — and then some.

The Venue:
The grounds are simply stunning. Lush gardens, pristine pools, and elegant architecture made every backdrop feel like a postcard. Whether it was the ceremony overlooking the ocean or the reception in the ballroom, every setting was magical. The resort effortlessly combined tropical paradise with luxury and comfort.

The Staff:
We can’t say enough about the incredible team at Dreams. From Patricia the wedding coordinator to the front desk, servers, and housekeeping staff — everyone went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel special and cared for. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful, but they made the entire process pretty seamless.

The Wedding Itself:
Perfect is the only word that comes to mind. Every detail was thoughtfully executed — from the decor and floral arrangements to the delicious food and smooth timeline. Our guests still haven’t stopped raving about the experience! The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was romantic, hype, and unforgettable.

Accommodations & Amenities:
The rooms were luxurious and well-appointed, with stunning views and all the comforts we could have hoped for. The food and drink options throughout the resort were phenomenal, and there were plenty of activities for guests of all ages — from spa treatments to beachside lounging and everything in between.

Final Thoughts:
Choosing Dreams Bahia Mita for our wedding was the best decision we could have made. They didn’t just host our wedding — they helped us create memories that will last a lifetime. If you’re considering a destination wedding in Mexico, do yourself a favor and put this resort at the top of your list. It was truly everything we dreamed of and more.

Secrets Bahia Mita is awesome!

Class Act. I look at my visit as an opportunity to practicar mi espanol cuando estoy en Mexico, pero everyone who works there speaks English, like it's their first language. Everyone is so friendly. This was comforting for my wife. Bahia Mita is beautiful and green.

Spectacular views, food and service

The views of the Pacific Ocean were amazing from the pools. The food was amazing, particularly the Italian and Mexican restaurants. The service was spectacular!
Benco made sure we had beverages near the pool with excellent service.
Enrique with the Entertainment Team was very friendly and had lots of great activities planned including yoga and volleyball on the beach.

Great family vacation

Great family vacation. We traveled with two kids (4 and 6) and they loved the kids club. Be aware that there is no food service at the pool. Facilities, rooms, entertainment and food were all great. Would recommend.
