All Inclusive Resorts with its experienced staff will assist you with selecting the right destination and hotel. We will be the liaison with your on site wedding coordinator. Once you have decided on your hotel, we will Confirm your wedding, then pass on all pertinent information to your on-site Wedding coordinator. From there you can plan and make decisions on flowers, catering, photography, videography, favors, cake, centerpieces, and music.
These should be done well in advance to give your guest time to arrange their schedules as some might make a vacation out of it. As much information as possible should be included in both emails and or mailings.
You should plan and suggest activities for early arriving and guests who extends their stay. Your All Inclusive Resorts Travel Consultant will be able to assist you with planned activities for these guests.
