Best Deep Tissue Massage

Spa Experience: I had the BEST deep tissue massage with Celestine. I’m 6 months postpartum and held a lot of stress in my shoulders. She was amazing and worked through major knots and was attentive the entirety of the massage. 10/10

Great experience

The trip was so much fun! The Morgan was amazing! Room was very clean due to Roselene Decorce! A wonder women who made sure our room was perfect and clean!

Solo experience.

This place was not as big as other resorts I've stayed in. It was very clean, nice, a/c in the rooms are the best. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Best customer service. Didn't have a bad experience. Luke and Ravi were jewels. Very nice, professional young men and very helpful. I always felt safe there and the resor was well lit. The only thing I didn't like was that there was only one restaurant and no all inclusive options. The Salt restaurant was pricy. Pool and views were fantastic. The drinks were on point. Overall I would give it a 4.5.

Unacceptable Accommodations!!

Hotel was beautiful but not at all accommodating. We were given a room on the first floor right in front of the restaurant. We immediately asked for our room to be changed and was advised the hotel was completely booked with no further accommodations. During our whole stay we was unable to sit on our balcony, unable to even open our balcony blinds for natural sunlight. The shower water was lukewarm. Early morning we were woken up by staff preparing the restaurant for breakfast and had difficulty sleeping because of other patrons enjoying themselves at the bar. We stayed a total of 4 days and every morning until the day before we left we asked for another room and was told they were booked. I spoke with 2 managers on different shifts and though pleasant didn't seem to care enough to provide not even the smallest accommodation, not a complimentary drink, breakfast nothing! If the staff even tried to accommodate me I would be given a different review. But with the lack of care that was given i can comfortably say i would not be returning or referring anyone.

Service was mid for a so called 4 Star hotel

The dining area in the am, hostess and bartender were rude ASF… don’t come down for breakfast at 1055 because they close at 11 and act so busy that you can’t place an order for a side of bacon. Then have to wait u till 12 for them to open back up to eat.

My experience was very subpar. Go with an Airbnb or an all inclusive as they will charge you for every little thing.

This is not a LUXURY resort at all. If you plan on flying in early please note even if you request an early check in you will be waiting until after 4 pm to get in your room. They want you to run up a tab at their subpar restaurant before you even get a room. The customer service was terrible all the women have stank attitudes. Please go elsewhere the aesthetics isn’t enough to look over everything else.

The blu spa with declashey and petal was amazing
The making of the salt scrub is a must as a family activity
The bar with Eric was a good vybe
Not forgetting the bell men Carlos, Ravi and Luke always at your service and ready to help

Great stay, amazing views and centrally located.

The stay at the Morgan Resort was awesome from the check in process to the check out. I was greeted by Shevonne at the front desk on arrival and she was great, personable and very helpful. House keeping was spectacular. Our house keeper Noelza was remarkable! She was a delight to meet and talk to. She kept our rooms spotless and restocked with all the necessities we needed during our stay. Noelza service was 5 star service!
The views here are breath taking. The food was great and drinks were pretty good as well. Located close to shopping and restaurants.

Amazing

We really enjoyed staying at The Morgan Resort. The service was amazing, everyone was friendly and helpful from the start.

Luke was especially great. He helped with our bags, gave us tips about the area, and checked in on us throughout the stay. Super kind and professional!

Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning, and our room was always clean thanks to the awesome housekeeping staff, they did such a great job. Beautiful hotel, great vibe, and even better people. Would definitely come back!

Spa and resort were amazing!

We have visited many resorts and this is one of the best. Very relaxing atmosphere. If you visit, I highly recommend the spa! Top ten spa treatments I have ever had. It was my daughter’s first massage and they were wonderful with her!

The best stay in Sint Maarten !

I had such a great time here this is the best resort I’ve ever been too so far ! The staff were amazing Nick, Alex, Daniel, at the bar and restaurant were the absolute best! Also shoutout to Luke for all the recommendations and all the girls at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Lastly thank you to the best Hopeton he gave me all the tips on the best food on the resort and off! Everyone made me feel so safe and welcomed I couldn't have chosen a better stay! Thank you all sooooo much. I will be back!

The Spa experience was absolutely magical! Thank You Celeste & Dee for the amazing Facial and Massage experience. The pool and lounge area was breath-taking as were the views from those locations. We also ate at the Salt restaurant for brunch and it was delicious. Fantastic experience all across the board!

Gorgeous, gorgeous! Morgan Resort and Spa

The Morgan resort and spa is an absolutely gorgeous hotel where you will find total relaxation. The decor is outstanding and beautiful. The staff is so friendly and helpful and attends to your every need. The rooms are extremely clean with the most comfortable beds. The food in the Salt restaurant is out of this world as well as the most delicious drinks. We loved the tropical atmosphere while relaxing in the infinity pool and looking out to the blue sea. It’s like you are one with the ocean.
We can’t say enough about our experience at this hotel in Saint Maarten. We hope to come back again soon.

Unforgettable experience at The Morgan Resort

I would say this property is exceptional! The friendly staff (Luke, Trinity, Hopeton and Juliette) made my stay so welcoming. They are the true definition of hospitality. They are definitely willing to go above and beyond! Salt Restaurant offered delectable dishes with a side of live entertainment from Alicia… she was just phenomenal. Transportation is easily accessible whether you want a taxi or want to try commuting like a local in a bus. The rooms are spacious, practical layout and the bed is like sleeping on clouds! Don’t worry about hearing planes land at night, because there are no late flights. Special mention to Gabriella down at the swim up pool bar also! Book it… don’t hesitate!

Front desk went above and beyond

I had a wonderful stay at The Morgan. The room was comfortable and clean, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from the front desk staff Trinity. I encountered a major issue with my room upon arrival, and she handled it quickly, professionally, and with a genuine smile. Within minutes, the situation was resolved, and they even followed up later to make sure everything was perfect. Her attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made my stay memorable. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Relaxing and serene

We purchased a day pass to escape the crowds and this was the perfect way to do that. Pool area was not crowded, and even though planes land near, there wasn’t noise. Situated right next to Maho beach so we could take a shared shuttle from the port directly to the front of the resort. Nick was our bartender and made fabulous drinks. He was also very attentive and made this a great experience.

“Friendly Staff, Great Food, and a Beautiful Pool”

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Hopeton and the front desk team. They were very knowledgeable and offered fantastic suggestions that made our stay even better. The on-site restaurant was also a highlight, with delicious food and great drinks. We also loved the beautiful pool, which was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the island atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful experience in St. Maarten!
