In our Piton lounge near the Treehouses, we serve our Emerald's dinner menu which is entirely vegetarian, showcasing the organic produce grown on our resort farm Emerald Estate in the Soufriere hills. Menu selections offer new tastes and combinations: Appetizers such as Goat's Cheese Fondant, Balsamic Caramel, Apple Curry and Crispy Rain Forest Calabza Gnocchi; Entrees such as Tofu, Smoked Paprika, Sour Cream, Culantro, Cumin and Sweet Potato and Plantain Satay. Dinner is served daily with the exception of Tuesdays.
ANSE CHASTANET is very actively involved with the island's local farmers to assist them in understanding which produce is essential to our culinary style. Together with ANSE CHASTANET'S horticultural team, we have recently been further expanding ANSE CHASTANET'S own gardens, cultivating fresh herbs and fresh fruits which are grown amidst the historical ruins of the Anse Mamin plantation, part of ANSE CHASTANET'S 600 acre estate. Fruits gown on the estate include banana, passion fruit, tamarind, mango, avocado, oranges, tangerines, guavas, papaya, coconut to name just a few." We grow our own organic produce on our Emerald farm about 20 minutes from the Resort. We only use certified organic seeds.

Honeymoons & Weddings
ANSE CHASTANET's spectacular scenic location, it's unique setting and special ambiance, has firmly ensconced the Resort as one of St. Lucia's foremost honeymoon vacation spots.
Tropical island weddings are getting more and more popular, whether or not you plan to elope to paradise exclusively with your loved one or with your relatives and friends in tow. Only one to two days of residency in St. Lucia is required for visitors in order for them to be married in a civil ceremony performed right at the resort. Catholic Church weddings can be arranged but take at least 3 months of planning, involving the bride and groom's parish priest at home.
At ANSE CHASTANET, weddings are the unique and individual affair they should be and every ceremony is organised in personal consultation with the bride and groom who can also add their own vows to the civil ceremony. There is no dedicated "wedding chapel", instead the bride and groom choose their own "very special location," be it the Treehouse, the beach, the "Miss Ina," the old colonial plantation, a nearby waterfall, the coral reef or the privacy of their room. Wedding ceremonies are limited to one a day. ANSE CHASTANET will arrange for all legal documents and legal processing.
