I got involved with travel in 1982 while attending Cornell University. There was an underserved need for transportation to major cities from the Cornell Campus. We chartered buses to different East Coast cities, started selling individual seats and moved over 1,200 students every holiday break from campus.

Upon graduation, we took the same energy to the vacation market and formed Student Travel Services focused on marketing Spring Break vacations on college campuses throughout the United States to Mexico, Florida and the Caribbean. Today, Student Travel Services is the premier college tour operator.

In 2003, we decided to expand our services to the year round market. We started STSVacations which focuses on destinations in the Caribbean and Mexico and is guided by the same underlying company principles.
